Recently I hired Leo packer’s and mover’s for shifting inside Bangalore They gave an estimate of 36,000/- for the packing transport and unpacking The guys came on Friday afternoon and packed 80 percent of the stuff On Saturday they told us they will come by 8 AM and turned up at 11 AM instead Loading was delayed until 4 PM; then told the left overs will done on Sunday As usual they turned up at 11 am and reached destination by afternoon 2 pm Now the drama begins Instead of unloading the stuff the supervisor keeps on calling the guy’s and me asking for more money Since it involved 3 days labour We had a discussion to transport the household goods He even told the truck driver to lock the vehicle with the luggage inside Until we pay 40,000/- for the entire package On a Sunday afternoon even the neighbors had to witness this drama of greed Finally I had to personally unload my truck full of documents and clothes Lousy service by Leo packer’s and movers

We had finalised the packing charge as 11.5k without bargain. Once packing and moving started, they start asking more money as the destination is 2nd floor. They damaged new flat tiles, sofa etc. Bed assembly is terrible. They don't know how to do even a single assembly. In quotation, everything is included. In between their labour ask for food, tips etc. Lastly, they need boxes back. It is not possible to return it on the same day. He took the deposit saying that, they will return it once we deliver them the boxes. After 2 days, I booked auto and sent all the boxes back. After that, I never heard from them. And the deposit is gone. Entire, packing and moving charge came around 20k which is a big fraud. Think twice before you book here. Initially these guys talk like highly professional. But at the end, it turned out as a big scammers

We had a very bad experience with Leo Care Packers and Movers. They behaved very unprofessionally. We wanted to transfer our goods to Tamilnadu from Bangalore and paid the complete charges 3 days before the lockdown. they promised to deliver the goods in 1-2 days but didnot deliver as promised. Good got struck due to lockdown for about 2 months. This is unavoidable and agreed. But they behaved terribly bad after the lockdown4.0 and keep on delaying our goods for 2 weeks. Finally they asked additional money and that too immediate transfer, otherwise they said that they cannot transfer the goods. This behavior panicked us and went to legal option to get out goods back. SO, BE CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THEM. we have chased them about 20 days to get our goods back.

Very very very bad experience... They literally made us panic for 2 weeks. I have given my goods to get transported from Bangalore to Trivandrum. They outsourced it to another packers and movers. When the delivery got delayed and when we contacted they misbehaved, we got our goods delivered delayed by 1 week and that too from different packers and movers. They collected the entire amount in advance including the unloading and as the delivery was done by another packers and movers, i had to bear the unloading cost again. Please do not go for their service.

I dint even want to give one star. Very very very bad experience. Personally donot recommend them. They do not respond properly. They cancelled the booking on the day of shifting. They also try to charge u more on the day or the day before the shifting(please be careful). They were demanding 3k extra for shifting for no good reason. There is no coordination between the workers. One person says they will send people for shifting the other one says the appointment is cancelled. Had a very bad experience with them.

In simple words, it was pathetic. First of all they give me high BP as they were not updating the status. After one week suddenly with a notice of 20 mins the driver called and dumped all my stuff in my apartment. Half of my packages were drenched in water, and fragile items were damaged. They didn't have the courtesy to even accept their mistake instead they were challenging to review as much as you like. Please never take there service. I will definitely go to consumer court with this.

It was a very pathetic experience with them. Zero coordination. Till the last day I was not informed the driver contact details. Everything seems to be outsourced- both pick up and delivery. My fridge was damaged during shifting and I was told it will be claimed. But no response from them till now. Most things were damaged during delivery. Further, the delivery people have stolen my kitchen knife set during delivery. Please do not go for this.

Positive reviews for this company are fake. I experienced everything mentioned by the others in the low reviews. They even threaten you that your household goods will be dumped along some roadside along the route if you complain about the delay. Do not engage them. They talk like thugs after they take your goods. Have used other packers and movers in the past who were miles ahead in terms of politeness and professionalism.

Delivery service is very poor I was expecting bike on Saturday which they delivered on Wednesday. The worst part is they kept on promising they will deliver today and tomorrow instead of promising right time. The funny part is they asked for tip while delivering late. Well I won’t recommend them for sure but it’s up to you. Ratings are high doesn’t mean they are the best.

The staff is very very cooperative, the best service is provided by them …. They have been very helpful with every thing and also hassle free , they made the entire shift trig very easy and hassle free One can count on them blind folded… the entire stuff was shifted and very safely and installation was done by them .. also very swift service provided by them .

Worst responsibility We booked a package on 5th June 19 Paid the amount on 6th June But they still didn't deliver the goods Their spokes person told us to pay the amount on delivery they hold the package and demand us to pay the amount and deliver the goods.we paid the amount and their people simply block our number and they not responding

Worst experience ever had. Suggest not to use their service. They damaged my 2 door wardrobe. They were in rush and asking us to unpack the cardboard boxes, after dumping it in my new house. When I asked time to unpack the boxes they demanded extra money. Just want to say that they are not professionals.
