Very bad nail service A chinese lady was doing my pedicure, she was not cleaning my foot good, so I had to ask her to clean them again, also to cut the nail edges as she didn’t do them. As for the manicure, awful service, i asked her twice to clean under the nails she refused so I took the thing from her and cleaned them myself, also i asked her to cut the cuticles again because she was not doing them right, and then i was fed up from her so I didn’t ask her to do them again, at the end while she was adding the top coat, i told her you are not putting anything the brush is dry, she mumbled under her breath, and when finished i told her my nails are not shining at all, and if you look at my nails in the light, you can see through them, can you imagine i had red shellac colour and you can still see through them. Very awful service, please avoid avoid avoid

The nail side of the company let me down last Monday evening. My usual nail technician was busy with another customer. I was attended to by a Chinese young lady, I later discovered her name was pronounced Jai. I have a bad back, but this girl tugged my arms on numerous occasions, even though I had explained to her that I could not stretch my arms out any further but if she came closer that would help. She mumbled under her breath. When I asked her what she had said, she told me that she was speaking in Chinese, not English. So she can be rude to me in Chinese because I do not understand the language I presume! She would not finish my nails but started on another customer.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the hairdresser. I had a hair color treatment, wash, and cut done this past Saturday. Unfortunately, just two days later, I developed a skin rash and experienced itching on my scalp. I’m uncertain whether this was caused by the products used or perhaps the towels at the salon. As a precaution, I’ve scheduled a doctor’s appointment to assess the severity of the issue, and I hope it’s not a serious health concern. I’m considering legal action if my health problems are indeed linked to this salon visit.

Such a LOVELY experience at this little gem on Cricklewood broadway. It’s newly opened, hadn’t noticed it before. I walked in and I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sahar who invited me in and moved me along to the nail lady Jo ( I think that’s her name) who did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. Most reasonable price in the area for sure, I’ve lived here for many years, and feels a lot more luxury than elsewhere. Although I looked online and this isn’t their only branch, they have other branches all over London. Loved my experience

Lovely venue and Fatima did a really good job. Appointment ran to time and Fatima was really friendly and curtious. I would use here for other beauty treatments. I had 55 minute full body massage for £58.00 My one critisum was there was a colleague I belive the person to be interrupted her 3 times. Which meant I could not totally relax. No back ground music to set the atmosphere or block out some of the noise from main shop. Otherwise it was a good experience and had it not been for the interruptions I would have given 5 stars

Azam and Sahar made my self-care day into an amazing, luxurious experience. Azam cut my hair into exactly how I wanted! She has definitely mastered her technique in cutting hair. I will attach photos for proof! Sahar made me feel so relaxed during my deep cleansing facial! She definitely removed the gunk out of my face after a month of using make up for the stage! She was so extra with all her peels and masks and facial massages I will definitely come back

RIP OFF NAILS! AVOID!! On Treatwell infills are £14.40. I didn’t have an appointment booked, just walk in. Was charged £30 for infills without any hand paint / shellac!! Apparently I got ’acrylic colour powder’ but I wasn’t offered a ’normal’ acrylic powder. I am very angry and disappointed. They ripped me off and refused to give a receipt when I asked for one.

Listen !!! This shop is one of the best in NW London, the service is superb !! I have had Laser from Fatima she explains everything carefully , and is a genuinely talented!!! The results I am very pleased with so far.

Was trying to review it on treatwell but some reason didn’t let me. Amazing service from both hairstylists, I felt very taken care of, will definitely go back. My hair look amazing, love the cut and it’s so soft.

I get my nails done here every time I can because Joy and her colleague are just amazing! Thorough, attentive to details and absolute stars! I could never go to another nail salon. 5 stars!

So happy that they opened another Lemoge clinic closer to my house. Gonna be visiting there from now on. The nails are great there and the sunbeds of course! Also the eyebrows!
