I made a call today and wanted to use my Extras Cover from my health insurance, but they don't have HICAPS or HealthPoint terminals for claiming rebate from your Extra insurance. This would not be that bad as long as they can provide you with item number for the massage, so you are able to check with your health insurer whether you are eligible for claiming the benefit. Unfortunately, they advised me that I can use their service first and then several days later I will receive the invoice and only then I can see the item number there (if there is any). Or simply go for a massage elsewhere. I found this quite rude and self-confident. Luckily, we have many other great massage shops in Hobart, that even have those terminals on the spot.

Sawadee Kap. Had a good massage and comversation with Fern. Slower pressure point style Nuad Thai, which I clearly needed as I was utterly knotted up. Previously I had more traditional Thai sequence massage with Jan (Jam?), which I prefer. I've had many massages all over Thailand, and the variety of technique and quality is phenomenal. So I now expect that in Australia. I'd like to meet the owner and try her style- she trained at Wat Pho. However, I have had superb massages from rural ladies that just trained with their Mum Nice vibes here and they have a loyalty card- but they're not cheap. Then again, what is?

Wow. I get massages regularly in Sydney and I had a fantastic Thai massage here. Clean, professional and polite. Che is the only staff here who does the back walking so be sure to book her in if you need deep tissue. The hot rocks and foot bath were also great. I would recommend you bring your own oil if you don’t like baby/mineral oil. I’ll be back again soon. Highly recommend this place.

Was one of the worst massages I have ever had, I dont know if it was because it was later in the evening, but it not a nice experience. Specifically asked for deep tissue, got a lazy massage with way too much oil, with no pressure at all, even after asking repeatedly during massage, left feeling worse than when I arrived. No good.

I just had an incredible massage with Snow. She was so professional, technical and also was checked in at many points to confirm that the firmness was the right amount. I arrived in serious pain and left feeling a great relief thanks to Snow. Totally worth it!

Booked last minute a 90 minute head, shoulder back massage . Had Thai massage influence and was just fabulous. Easy to find, welcoming. I didn’t get name of my therapist but I booked under (with Lelaya thai massage Team ) she was amazing and I’ll definitely book to go back.

By far one of the best massages I ever had. The woman doing it took very good care of certain spots that were especially sore, she felt herself which spots were the worst and really focused on them. Unfortunately I dont live in Hobart, otherwise I would 100% come again!
