The worst hospital for animal care I've come across. Boarded my small kitten there when she fell sick. They had kept her in a cage with no padding or mat below. The conditions she was kept in were pathetic. When she came back, her one eye was closed shut from an infection because no one had cleaned it, and her fur was matted from being covered in her own feces for many days. If I could give it a negative rating, i would. They had left her with no proper care. She got secondary skin infections and some parts of her fur had she'd completely. I cleaned her with a warm cloth, then finally had to cut some fur because it was so matted. These people are not fit to take care of animals. They are too cruel. Most of the reviews and ratings here are fake. Edit to add: this review is not fake/by a competition, or any name confusion. The patient's name is under my husband's name. The kitten is thankfully now recovering, and her eyes have opened up. Don't call my review fake after what you did to the poor kitten. All you needed to do was to clean her up too and take some humane care. Some parts of her fur will most likely not grow back, but we hope we can give her a happy home all the same. And yes, i know you haven't been around very long, this was a recent occurrence. Which is why it's also surprising you have so many 5 star reviews only in such a short period of time. I have other cats and this was a fluke, we usually go to other vets. Your negligence has caused this small kitten a lot of pain and discomfort. I can't even believe how bad the conditions must have been if her fur was matted like that and her eyes shut close. This won't happen in a day or so.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am - now that they are open in Bengaluru. Dr.Madan and Dr.Rahil are the best Vet’s I have ever come across. They explain each and every diagnoses they make, which puts me at ease knowing that my dogs are in the best care. When I moved to Bengaluru back in 2021 I was just worried about one thing as to who is the best vet here. I did try and go to a few different doctors in an around my area but was never satisfied with the outcome. I always had so many questions but never got the answers which made me feel good. But when it comes to Dr.Madan and Dr.Rahil I literally don’t have to say anything other than what the actual problem is. They just start shooting a bunch of questions at me to get the right diagnosis and then proceeds to explain me what has been going on with my pets. From the moment you enter the hospital and until you step out you will experience their best of the best care possible. The way all the staff members treats your pet is exceptional. The love and care they offer is what I have never experienced in any other veterinary clinics or hospitals. Trust me when I say this - THEY ARE THE BEST!! I have already recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues. Do not hesitate or think twice. Just get your pet here and you will see the difference in care and attention to detail each and everyone gives.

A brilliant pet hospital near BTM Layout. My pet cat was suddenly vomiting and I searched for pet hospitals nearby, and LeelaVet came up. Let’s be honest and acknowledge the fact that we let parents are always sceptic about our pet’s health and their proper diagnosis and treatment and many hospitals either scam us or the veterinarians do incorrect diagnosis and wrong treatment. I read the reviews, all of which highly praised the expertise of the doctors present in this particular hospital. I immediately rushed there. Dr Rahil attended my cat. You’d know their experience from the way they hold your pets, and the other staff were quite experienced as well. My cat is highly ferocious when he sees a vet, but the way they managed him was highly commendable. From giving injections to taking X-rays to making channels for drips, everything felt like a breeze and I was sure that my cat was getting proper treatment. I had to take my cat for 4 days, and 1 week later, my cat is absolutely back to his normal form. I highly recommend this hospital to all pet parents. The cost of treatment is reasonable too. They are still building the hospital and only one gripe is the lack of network inside the building. I’m nitpicking, but that’s the only con I could find.

They saved my cat’s life! I reached out to their number at 1 am and Dr. Raghavendra was very supportive. Understood the symptoms clearly and post blood test, suggested an intensive fluid therapy. My cat was diagnosed with panleukopenia. Dr. Raghavendra was so supportive and gave me confidence that we will be able to turn things around for my baby. Dr. Rahil later treated the kitty and has been super supportive as well. Their treatment is not very expensive as compared to other vets here in Bangalore. Both the doctors seem to have sound knowledge and will always give you advise about additional care to be taken at home. I have 2 dogs who are 11years and 4years of age respectively and had visited numerous hospitals but Leela Vet stands out to be really good among other hospitals. I took a stray dog who was in a critical condition today they provided best possible treatment to the stray dog. Update 08/10: the street do who was taken in critical condition is doing much better now. God bless Dr Rahil and people at Leela she was saved in nick of time. Got few more street dogs vaccinated at the place. Good thing is they do not do test until absolutely necessary. The information provided by Dr. Rahil is too good and detailed.

I had a wonderful experience in this hospital and I would give 5 star rating. I used to take my husky here for vaccinations and one day he swallowed the wired earphone and we rushed there, they made him puke and the earphone came out or else it would be a surgery, all the doctors there are incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They took care of my dog as theirs. The hospital is well-Maintained and very clean. I'm grateful that I took him to this hospital. Highly recommended!

Thanks to doctor Rahil, I've had one of the best experiences at Leelavet. :) Dr. Rahil listens intently and refrains from drawing hasty judgements. In my opinion, my retriever's complete treatment procedure was quite cost-effective. No pointless medical exams or prescriptions were issued. My dog's health improved immediately, and he also made a speedy recovery! I have used their boarding service as well, and Sugar, my dog, received excellent care.

Our dog had a very serious condition of eczema. Previous treatments did not help as the infection kept coming back. It’s been over a month of weekly treatments and he’s doing so much better. Major improvements! Very happy with the help we’ve received from LeelaVet. Their staffs are wonderful and friendly! Couldn’t have asked for a better group. Thank you for your help and support. It's one of the best veterinary hospital I could ever visit. My pet Bruno Labrador Retriever was very sick due to high fever now he is completely fine and healthy. Saw it's a 24/7 open clinic, but when I arrived around 8:00am. it was closed. I called the number and was told to come at 9:30 am, I suppose it's only open for emergencies or it's straight up false either way, I went to a different clinic, There must be extenuating circumstances to why it was closed. But as a concerned pet parent I can't really be bothered to deal with it
