Had a service for late Father here and our funeral arranger was Myf, from Glen Waverley office I believe. She, and rest of the team here were very professional and kind. Myself and my family were very happy with the arrangements they made including the celebrant Alex, who we highly recommend. We had a very bad start with Le Pine due to some quite poor and unprofessional service from a funeral arranger called Jo from Lilydale office (see separate review). Fortunately, Myf and the people she worked with for our assignment was at the other end of the spectrum. Would highly recommend.
From my first call to Louise Price at Le Pine Ferntree Gully I knew I was in a safe pair of hands. Louise handled everything in a kind and professional manner and we had a few laughs as well. She gently guided us through all the decisions to be made. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to the efforts of Louise and the team at Le Pine FTG we were able to give Mum a perfect farewell.
As a celebrant, I led a sad and emotional funeral at this venue today. Have to say, the professionals there were so lovely, kind and compassionate - in very difficult circumstances. The revamped surroundings are quite beautiful - very calming and tranquil. A wonderful testament to a life that ended far too soon

Beautiful service and coming together with friends. Professional all the way. Well organised. I attended a friend's Mother's funeral and found Le Pine staff just right..pleasant polite and organised. No slip ups:)
Live streamed a funeral service here and the staff were lovely. Very accomodating and friendly which along with excellent internet reception next to the highway made for a perfect live streamed service.
Fantastic people and service for the two deaths I had to arrange within 9 months of each other.
