I brought my 7 month old puppy here for her first official grooming. I'm so happy I did because it was a great experience! My dog has been to the vet quite often and absolutely hates it. When I first passed Blanche (my dog) over to the groomer. She started to freak out thinking she was a vet but the groomer was very patient and gave her kisses, this calmed her down. I left the groomers for 90 minutes and when I returned I came back to a happy groomed puppy! The groomer absolutely loves dogs & her job. I’m very happy my dog had a wonderful first time experience. This makes me more at ease and excited for future grooming sessions. I’m currently living in Toronto but I’m going to plan more trips to Montreal just to have my dog groomed here! -one happy fur mama & Bichon

I took my dog to this groomer and they left two cuts on my dog’s paws. Her paws are also swollen. I don’t leave 1-star because they were quick, but quickness isn’t equal to quality or care. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Before they say that I am reviewing the wrong groomer, believe me that I did bring my dog here. I wish I could be reimbursed for this poor service. What upsets me the most is that I even tipped because I thought they had done a great job. Edit: I just paid 200+ $ on vet services because of their terrible service.

Le meilleur toiletteur! Mon chien s'excite dès que l'on arrive dans le stationnement. Ma femme et moi adorons le couple de propriétaire, ils sont très amical et respectueux. Mon chien ressemble toujours d'une Star quand elle sort de la! Et le prix est ultra compétitif! l'endroit est aussi très propre. ca ne sent même pas le chien quand on entre le planché est toujours propre, pas de poil pas de dégât d'animaux etc. Je les recommande à tous les gens qui font toiletter leur chien !

'Le Pet Town' is a friendly and top-quality dog grooming service. I moved to Beaconsfield, and my friend recommended this place. I've been going there for 5 years. The owner and staff are really nice and caring to my dog, Belle. They do an amazing job with great shampoo. I always get good results. They brush Belle really well. I highly recommend 'Le Pet Town' to all pet owners who want a friendly and top-quality grooming service. They make pets and owners feel special!

Terrible service. Lucio was always amazing but whoever responds to the messages is so rude. My last appointment I had to meet them in a parking lot which I agreed to. They were a no show and didn’t even apologize. Now they are saying they don’t do on island since they moved off island, but I know they service people on island. Aside from Lucio they need a lesson in customer service. I guess unless your a VIP client they don’t care

I decided to update my review because I've been going to Le PEt Town for 2 years and it's still amazing. The owners are so nice and my yorkie is always groomed with a gentle touch. I really appreciate their care since my dog can be nervous with strangers. I actually drive 45 minutes to go to Le Pet Town because there are simply no other place that gives services like there. Very strongly recommend!

An amazing place to get ur dog groomed. At first I was little nervous since dog breed is not common , I wasn’t sure how groomer would handle his fur and big personality. However, his haircut turned out amazing, their service is great and they take their time and handle my boy with so much care. Always the first place I recommend to my fellow dog parents.

First time grooming at Le Pet Town and my puppy loved it! Price is very reasonable compared to nearby groomers. Great and perfect grooming for my Morkie. Yung, the owner, knows the dogs and the dog owners. I saw 2 dog owners just drop their dogs and leave. They trust Yung to know already what to do. I'm bringing my Perry back for his next grooming.

Le Pet Town is amazing! They are wonderful and talented groomers who really care about the dogs. My dog is nervous, especially around other dogs, but they are always sure to take care of him and relieve his anxiety. We don’t feel comfortable sending our dog to anyone else. We are so grateful for them!
