Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. Great firm. If you have a case (meaning they'll make money on it), they'll help. They know the law well and know how to go after people who violate it. Be forewarned (and this is totally understandable - they are a business after all) if they can't make money, they won't help you; but they'll recommend a course of action at least.

The staff is great, always answers calls and quick to respond. They go above and beyond what’s expected of them. I had received birthday, Christmas, and thanksgiving cards from them which is a reason I liked them so much is because they make you feel important, not just another client.

Successfully chased off creditor who was not following the rules. Also got some money out of it. However, several times after that one, I was turned down for help. I'm not sure why other than there was not enough money or too much work or whatever. When they take it, it goes well.
