Been coming here for over a year, and never had any issues. However today I was in doing about $15 worth of laundry (a lot) and their change machine cut out, and the light came on singling that it was empty/jammed/whatever. The machine hadn't finished giving me my change, so I asked the woman at the front for the $2 that the machine still owed me (I had never seen this employee before -- she is not the boss/owner who is usually very nice and accommodating), and she told me that she couldn't help me! She just kept saying 'I'm not the boss" and "sorry" and told me that she wasn't helping me because i wasn't speaking French to her, which is totally disciminatory and unfair, and poor customer service. She never did refund me the money that the machine owed me. This is very poor customer service... They profit from the money in the machine, so I don't know what the issue was regarding her refunding me the $2.... She literally just stole $2 from me and told me 'sorry about your luck'... All she had to do was just give me $2 from the drawer and call it a day, but she refused to refund me, when this is their issue!! I still cannot believe it. I will not be going back there.

This laundromat has always been clean and affordable but they really don't have the customer's convenience in mind. The posted opening hours are until 8 pm, but the staff will start making you feel very unwelcome at 7 pm, constantly sweeping and re-sweeping and mopping the floors, not letting you use the change machine because they already mopped that part of the floor, and just generally being in the way so you constantly have to be saying excuse me, pardon me to get around them to get access to the machine you are using. And now to top it off it seems they don't open until 1pm on Tuesdays? I'm off to Chez Bobbette and I'll probably be sticking to there from now on.

Première expérience très désagréable. La machine accepte l’argent sans aucune limite et ne rend pas les pièces. La personne présente est condescendante et a sous-entendu que je ne savais pas utiliser une machine, a refusé de me rendre mon argent en sortant un argument qui est donné par tous : si je vous rembourse ça vient de ma poche. De plus il n’a pas accepté que je contre argumente. Ce système favorise le paiement plus que nécessaire pour un lavage dans espoir de remboursement. Désagréable.

My least favorite laundro in this part of town. Rude employees, machines which regularly steal your money and don't provide service, and machines which are broken and don't wash or dry properly. You won't know until the end, and then you have to stay later to fix the issue, ans pay twice. Plus most of the Airbnbs use this laundromat, which risks exposing your clothing to pests which you can bring home.

Lady only spoke French, fortunately I'm bilingual, and she was very helpful. Prices are a bit high, but better than some other laundrymats. They have extra large washer/dryers and you can buy supplies if you need them. Limited seating. They have a machine to make change.

Owner operator Giovanni (John) operates the cleanliest most hospitable laundry mat often frequented by support staff of the numerous AirBnB's nearby. Always pleasant and smiling, you can find him there until 8pm almost every day of the week unless the Bruins are playing!

I have to say that the place is Amazing! Service is excellent and the owner is Top Notch! Machines are clean. Well kept. Place is Impeccable! Highly recommended for a great laundromat. Nothing compares. Prices are just! I say...YES...No Regrets! Enjoy!
