DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS-The Service is untrustworthy and the ‘customer service’ by Manager, Talita, is disgraceful and insulting. Left a 170e duvet, used only twice, in for washing/drying as dust had got on it after sanding the stairs. On collection the duvet was covered with extensive, large, disgusting, yellow stains on both sides. The company (Talita has stated the owner will not call me, and she is the manager) are taking no responsibility for what has occurred in their care. To make matters worse Talita has stated I must have a damp, wet home as in her opinion the stains appear like mould. In summary you will be personally insulted by Talita in addition to having your items ruined. Oh and I’m almost 200e out of pocket because of course I had to pay for the ‘service’. I’ll never return. Nor will I take back an unsafe item that is riddled with God knows what.

DO NOT GO HERE. Awful service. Dropped in suits to be cleaned. They weren't ready on time, I was told to come back the next morning and was fobbed off again because they still weren't ready at the newly agreed upon time, and repeatedly made me keep waiting to get my clothes until I was very late for other appointments. They send off their dry cleaning elsewhere to be done, so they seem to be completely at the mercy of them for whenever they get it back. And they still made me pay despite being so late. Terrible service, won't be coming back.

It's now 8:45 I just arrived at the laundry room and the receptionist told me that the dryer closes in 15 minutes so there supposedly wouldn't be enough time to wash and dry my clothes I left the city center I live in to come here just to dry my clothes because I don't have time and I couldn't I believe that the laundry needs to adjust the time on the website because it says it closes at 10 o'clock please close at 10 o'clock

I have being using this laundry regularly for several years, until last week when only half my clothes came back.When I called the shop I was fobbed off ,passed around with different numbers to eventually phone hanging up on me. The MANAGER,Talita not only disregarded it ,she found it humorous.Customer service may not be one of her strong points but I still only have half my laundry . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I stay at the Hilton hotel up the road for work and have utilized the Laundry Basket many times. They have done a great job every time! I am pleased with the service and price. They always have my laundry ready when they say and it is folded nicely. Thank you Laundry Basket!!!

Came here when my washing machine was out of order. Staff was really helpful and efficient with showing me how to use machines and providing detergent as needed. Washed and dried a full suitcase in a few short hours.

I had to call in myself, to receive information about fire in the laundry. I have waited additional week, and eventually had to pick my clothes up from different location. Still payed full price.

This place overcharges. Left in a very small bag of clothes, literally a handful and was charged 12 euro. Would not use this place again. Cheaper laundromat in Inchicore

I need to wash a blanket and I looked in google maps for the nearest place. I was very well taken care of by a very nice girl. I recommend it

If your clothes are dirty this is where you can go. New shop new washing machines/Dryers. It's a bit pricey for a service wash. …
