Avoid this place. It's highly unprofessional. I dropped off clothes today, the gentleman at the counter was about to start sorting through the clothes to ring up a bill when beeping was heard from outside. He promptly left the store and tended to the car outside. It was a Patrol and presumably a local person, which was confirmed when the employee returned in hand with a police uniform in hand. Instead of continuing to sort through my clothes, which is only common decency since I was the first customer to arrive and actually came in person, he basically told me to wait for 10 minutes while he irons the uniform. I stated how unfair that is and not only was I first in line but also writing up a bill took much less time. My complaint fell on deaf ears and I was basically ignored, being told in a polite yet dismissive way to "just wait 10 minutes". I left immediately and will never return. If you want to be treated like a second-class citizen and made to feel like you don't matter at all as a customer, by all means use Laundry Clean Zone. Avoid at all costs, there are numerous other places with more professional service.
