Lapwing Vacations did a wonderful job organising my trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling. Ms Shweta provided a good itinerary and hotel options within my budget. My experience with hotels was very good. Their local operator co-ordinated locally for our trip and did a great job organising pick up and drop from airport. Overall we can relay on their services, everything was well in time and well organised and well informed and value for money. Everyone who is reading this please note that your tour experience could largely depend on the driver with you. Driver can either motivate you to go an extra mile to explore or they can make you feel to quit in between. With our case, for the city tour in Darjeeling, we were not satisfied at driver's end as the driver was more of a robotic nature and was not responsive when we were trying to talk on local places and about the places we were visiting. On the other hand, our last ride with Mr Arjun (driver) for airport drop was fantastic as we were involved in the ride as never before, he explained each and everything about the places we already visited also he stopped at few places on the way to let us enjoy the ride rather then just sitting and seeing around from the window. My experience with tour operators is really good. One who wants to just roam around without hustle and is not worried about missing out some places to visit can relay on their services. Thank you!

Beware..beware..beware..this guys charge for 3 star to 4 star hotels/properties but will provide u hardly 2 star category properties. I have recently planned my Diwali trip to Kerala with Lapwing and had worst experience for me and my family. Starting from Munar to Kovalam the professionalism and to some extent hospitality was totally missed...u will never get good foods if u r opting food from the same hotel where u r staying. We have experience the same in all hotels..such as violet woods(Munar), perrier meadows (thekkedy), houseboat (Alleppey), Jasmine palace (Kovalam), hotel Jasmine palace was like a nightmare,it's room and restaurant were of 1 star hotel. The driver accompanying you throughout the journey will stop the car for buying Kerala spices/restaurant for food only at places where he can get commission from ur purchase. During our journey whereever we face any issue we try to connect Kajal Sagar and she direct us to other contact person for query resolution..and in all this mess we have to suffer a lot Frankly speaking if u r planning ur vacation for Kerala don't go with such chila chalu travel agency..just go with standard tour operator who offers good hotel along with their own cook. adding pics for Jasmine palace Kovalam, with black water in bathroom,no cleaning in restaurant

We are from Bangalore and were looking for a Gujarat Tour Package. I contacted many Tour Package providers and few of them did not give me confidence to trust them. I started going through the reviews and blogs on each of those. After reading fantastic reviews about Lapwing Vacations and also options like pay just 20% of amount as Booking amount and the rest after checking in Hotel got me the needed trust to ahead. The contact person Ms Sapna did a tremendous job to plan and execute the whole trip which included 4 days and 3 nights across Gujarat. The Driver, Raj bhai also did a great job. We had 2 flat tyres in the entire trip because of bad sections of road and this too was handled professionally without causing any problems to the passengers. Overall a fantastic trip with the utmost satisfaction of visiting Dwarkadheesh, Somnath, Nageshwar and other temples. I would highly recommend Lapwing Vacations. Lapwing vacations arranged our leisure trip to Lonavala-Khandala in August 2022. The communication was transparent from the very beginning. Once the destination was confirmed, they helped us select one of the best resorts in Lonavala which also included a well thought-out meal plan. The resort turned out to be an excellent choice with wonderful hospitality. Team Lapwing vacations also booked our to-and-fro flights from Ahmedabad to Mumbai as per our convenient time and mailed us the boarding passes in time. They also arranged local cab from Mumbai for a short city tour and for local sight-seeing at Lonavala. They took care of all the small details and we spent 4 days relaxing, away from our busy work schedule. A big shout-out to Miss Shweta Jain and her team for the awesome services.

It was awesome. I had a great time and the services offered were commendable. Special mention for MS.Mitwa who was the person coordinating with me from the first day. She has done such a great job. I'm highly impressed by each and every thing, from the sea facing rooms to the vehicle provided everything was top notch. Our driver, shyam bhai was such a sweet and generous man.
