I should first point out that whenever I had an appointment with Filipa at this place it was a very good experience. For my last appointment I went with someone different. The massage itself was ok, but she was a bit odd in her behavior during the massage, and at the end of it, before I even got a chance to get off the massage table to dress, she asked for a 5 to 10 pound tip! I said I don't carry cash on me and she said you always tip the massage girl. Especially with the way it was done, combined with the odd behavior during the massage, I found it all unprofessional. In the many years I've been getting massages in London, I know it is not customary to give a tip and I even checked online later to make sure. Will not be going back.

Booked an appointment with Filipa who I have been to before and had an excellent massage with, when I called had confirmed 3 times that wanted Filipa and had been given a slot on Sunday, turned up on Sunday 20 mins before appointment to be told that they had no record and that I must have called at a busy time which I find totally unacceptable, only thing they offered me was that would ensure if I booked now that I would definitely receive an appointment with Filipa (which is what I had expected in the first place!). I did not rebook due to the attitude of the staff which is a shame as Filipa is lovely and an excellent massage therapist.

Been coming here for a few years now since a friend recommended it to me. I am surprised at the last review. I've never been kept waiting for an appointment and the staff have always been considerate, professional and made good conversation. Although I cannot comment on the massage the quality of the waxing is very good and I always leave happy.

Very rude staff! Went there for a waxing appointment. Kept me waiting for 25 min and when I tried to tell them they should be more careful in taking appointments, staff responded in a very rude way. They have no sense of customer service. Will never go back here and will absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Went to this place and was pleasantly surprised by the nice and welcoming attitude of the reception staff which is much more to be said of the one on Lower Richmond Road called Wanida! Very reasonable pricing which makes the trip to this place even more appealing.

I've been going there for some time now and have always been very well from the receptionist to the beauty and massage staff. Really nice environment and treatments. The only bad thing is that they don't have a loyalty card and many offers, which I would love!

I had a great massage with Nalin. She really worked on my knots and tension and I feel a lot better. I highly recommend Lanna spa and Nalin as a therapist. Also had Annie before and she is equally good. Couldn't be happier with their services.
