Best location but such a shame they couldn't make good use of such exposure. Average quality shoes at the cost of an arm or leg. EOFY sales offer 1/2 price shoes so you can imagine how much they jack up their prices by. Worst customer service by the ladies here - one particular older lady scolded a few customers while I was browsing shoes at the shop. Ordering customers to wait (in a rude tone) because she had "3 other people waiting for her", and demanding an old man to "walk to the shoes you're talking about" in a condescending tone. They don't offer refunds for fully priced items even if they were purchased only for an hour, exchanges only. In summary, horrible customer service, poor selection of shoes ridiculously priced. Wont come here again.

Very worst shopping experience in my entire life. They have stick a no refund policy and won’t tell you . They are ripping off $70 in one brikenstock . Went for refund they didn’t provide one. Both crazy women trying to avoid me and being rude. One didn’t want to speAk me on phone when trying to call before going to their store. Guys be careful. These are full of scams. They speak nice when you are there to buy. But as soon as you changed your mind and want refund, they show their real face.

Customers can preview the upcoming season shoes and be the first to hear when they are available. The staff's knowledge of the shoes is great. Repairs are also available, just ask.

Every year I go in this shop just in case the service improves but it never does. I honestly don’t know why they’re in business. I just came from a spirts store in Gouger, walked in got greeted well, 15min later walked out with shoes spent $230. Went straight to this store ready to spend , walked out in 60seconds. Just close already..

I was amazed to hear of someone's recent experience, whereby staff knew the individual attending had a disability, but did not disclose that there is no disability access available. Perhaps consider a ramp that can be used as necessary to allow for access rather than support workers/ family struggling to negotiate a wheelchair.

A great selection of European shoes and sandals. That means super comfy and high quality. Reasonable prices too. I bought my Ecco work shoes there 3 yrs ago (amongst other things) and they're still going strong. I average 8000 steps a day too so that was $149 well spent.

I have bought shoes here for years and have always had excellent care and attention from the staff.. Their range of footwear is varietal, and never cheap and nasty. These are the reasons I never shop anywhere else for my shoes, boots and sandals.❤️

The staff were very helpful. Have ordered my Birkinstock sandals from them & now waiting for the delivery. I have been a fan of these sandals for such a long time. They staff size up my feet & put the details in their computer,ready for the next order.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt the need in this instance. The service by both staff in store was really quite nasty. Both staff were condescending and unhelpful, and really made us feel quite uncomfortable. We won't be returning.

Wonderful selection of excellent quality, world-wide known brands. Prices about same as other stores selling same brands but sale prices help quite a bit. Saleswoman was kind, patient and very helpful. Recommend highly. I am from the USA

Terrible customer service, came in to buy vegan Birkenstocks and got a horrible lecture on micro plastics and how our shoe choice is destroying the environment. Super disappointing and unnecessary! We just wanted to buy shoes!

Told them I was a narrow in Birkenstocks, they insisted I was a regular (despite wearing a narrow for 20 odd years) - can only wear them comfortably with really thick wool socks. Shopping online would give you better sizing.

Great show shop specially if you have Micky mouse feet like me... Expensive stuff but really good quality shoes. Bought one back in 2000 and my shoes are still great to this day

Excellent service, VERY good range of choices for shoes, sandals etc for all ages. Easy parking in the Central Market off Gouger or Grote Streets.

You pay for what you get. If you want or need premium shows, this is the place to go. They know their products well and give sound advice.

Rude and judgemental staff, disagreed shoes I asked for were faulty, got them somewhere else they obviously were faulty Will never go back
