Lakeview Center it's at the corner of Gaston and Garland roads. I usually go there for the UPS Store. They are always friendly and efficient at UPS and I'm in and out in no time at all. There's also a City Vet at which I have dropped off my friends dog. The parking lot is a bit small and challenging to get into and out of because of its layout and the traffic on Garland Road. I always forget about the back parking lot which is up a little Hill off of a side road. Psych the ups and City Vet there is a sub shop and juice on the bottom floor. And I believe upstairs there is a gym UFC, and Visionworks. If you're going to one of the upstairs offices I really suggest parking in the back. That parking lot seems to be on a level with a second floor.

Be careful! This little shopping center is not so little. I find it's architecture fascinating as the parking in the front matches up with a lower level of shopping and further parking in back with a second story level of shopping. In the middle of the story seemingly fits between the two levels is even more parking I assume for the shop keepers. Out back of Abrams are further stores that could be missed if one is not careful. This shopping center would fit in nicely with the near-by Lakewood Shopping Center and is a great transition between it and the equally close-by Casa Linda Shopping Center. Only in Dallas will one find such imagination built into its retail stores.

I'm brand new to the area so all business establishments are needed in this Centre, which is a great thing. However, the in and out traffic is horrible and it's dangerous. I won't go back until the construction is complete.

This shopping center has a great selection of services. Close by to White Rock Lake and great food options. Definitely stop by I Love Juice Bar and Cane Rosso if you are in the area. Support local businesses

This center has a variety of shops and dining choices. Anchored by Tom Thumb, it provides easy in and out shopping for patrons on the run. Ample parking in a well lit area. See how fast you can get and go. Enjoy.

This plaza is unsafe, full of homeless that can get aggressive, the property management has done nothing. Smell of pee in the garage. And not a safe place to conduct a business.

Great shopping complex. Front entrance and parking may pose occasional challenges. No biggy though. Enjoy the healthy food substitutes and BON APPETIT!!!

I went to the UPS store to return something and was helped right away. The store was clean and the employees very helpful.

Tutoring, Sandwiches, UFC, UPS, A Vet, Chiropractor, dentistry . 2 story building with great view of arboredum plaza.

Small entrance, hard to get in and out....parking in the front sucks....but the upper backside has plenty of space.

A lot of shops available so it's a great shopping experience. Pick up meds and a good meal. Can't beat it!

Great place to learn Math. The tutors are easy going and so is Ms Sara the Director.

I went to Jersey Mike's next door which I recommend for their cheese steak subs!
