I've really enjoyed my experience at Lake Highlands UMC in the few months I've been coming here. Both pastors are friendly and welcoming. I have attended both contemporary and traditional services and think the messages are relevant to people's lives today and inspiring. The choir and hymns in the traditional service are beautiful. The contemporary service has a talented band and singers who sing energetic, uplifting, and inspiring songs that appeal to young and older congregations. I am glad my boyfriend and I found this church. No matter what service we attend people are always approaching us and reaching out to say hello, as well as let us know hour activities to get more involved. I'm looking forward to the small groups starting this October.
