I hv been living here 15 years and i knw very well finding a perfect laundry service is impossible and u need to expect some errors however , this is by far the worst laundry i hv ever dealt with .. they dont clean at all they bring back the cloth damaged with the same stains .. they do nothing .. they ruined my expensive dress it was brand new and first time i give it to laundry service also my blue jacket worth 1500 dhms i dont knw wht chemical they use on the fabric that ruins it like that When i spoke to the owner his name is Imad he said u just dont want to pay and we dont want customers like u and hang up on my face instead of even apologizing which is very unprofessional u still expect me to pay for 100 dhms service after u ruined brand new clothes worth 3000 aed and i sent him pics of my cloth before and after and of course they dont write any receipts so u cant claim anything officially Everytime driver will say ohhh sorry man my book is in the car i will send u the items by whats app Be careful dont use them at all if u care about ur cloths also be aware that the same company la louve has a same laundry under different name apparently he did that to divert people Cleanline and laundry heap and la louve is one terrible laundry I wish i could post pic to show u the damages i had on my use to be beautiful clothes that i cant wear now Thats it

Unless you have poor quality clothing that needs a quick wash, avoid this service. They ruined two designer pieces by shrinking them slightly, and one wool sweater came back the size of a 2 year old. I complained and they said they cannot do anything about the destroyed sweater, except pay me 10x the laundry price. I followed up for two months and they ghosted me on Whatsapp. Totally unprofessional services. Ruined my clothes.
