I have found this beauty salon on treatwell. The lady has an extremely calming vibe and good energy. Her 20+ years of experience and great aesthetical feeling, amazing taste in terms of beauty, and sensitive approach has made me feel like a queen. I had lash lift and tint with eyebrow threading and tint and upper lip waxing done for an extremely good price done by a professional wih a great taste. She was gentle and kind, very flexible with appointments and very professional with her work. Her masterpiece lasted for almost 2 months which proves the high quality service she provides, and makes me want to come back again. This is the second time I have used her services without disappointments and I will defintiely not choose anyone else over her! It is worth it for me to get the underground and travel to ealing to visit her as she always calms my soul and body and makes me feel beautiful. Her hands are definitely made of gold! Ladies like her need more appreciation and recognition!! I absolutely love her service and recommend to all of my friends! Thank you

Booked via Treatwell for 2 people for cluster lashes and had to drive all the way there for a patch test today to get there today to find out they don’t do cluster lashes. She didn’t really seem apologetic and tried to get us to lash tint which is what she thought we wanted. She said she was taking it off the website, I just looked and it’s still on there. If we would have got there on our appointment day and we couldn’t do it it would have been such a let down. If she checked the booking system properly and knew what we wanted she would have been able to call us and Clarify what we wanted instead of wasting everyone’s time! Plus, to find the shop is awful as the outside of the shop doesn’t have the salon name so took us ages to find it.

Came here a couple of weeks ago for a piercing. As soon as I walked in I felt all eyes on me, it made me uncomfortable immediately but the receptionist was kind enough and showed me to the waiting area. When I was called into the room for the piercing, to my surprise there was already someone else in there apart from the worker- she told me it was her friend (who had her shoes off and was sitting on the massage bed) the worker then told me to sit on a tiny stool, opposite to her friend who was staring at me the whole time. It was quite unsettling and didn’t make for a good first experience at this store. Probably wouldn’t go back again.

I did my PRP Hair treatment at the clinic over a period of 10 months. Not only is it probably the most nominal pricing you can find for the treatment in London, Humaira is a soft and caring individual, always with your best interests in mind. She is always ready to part with advice on anything you want to know about health and beauty. Would highly recommend this place for anyone on the edge about getting treatment. You won’t regret it!

I had a great teeth whitening experience with most professional lady who put me at ease as it was my first time, she well explained the treatment and then the result was better than expected, she done my teeth one shade lighter which I was asking for , girlies go get your teeth whitening and beauty stuff with Humaira only ,I would highly recommended. ❤️❤️

Always very professional, the space is clean, she does a great job with my eyebrows, and making the waxing experience as pain-free as possible. 1 star because I couldn’t give 0 stars. I booked a hair styling session with them on Treatwell a few days in advance for an event only for it to get cancelled the event morning. I never received an apology and had to run around to find someplace else to do my hair. Definitely won’t be booking again. Such awful service.

I did a number of treatments (underarm, full leg and Hollywood waxing plus eyebrow threading) and I tend to wait a bit before doing reviews to see if any issues arise - they didn’t! The beautician was very friendly and professional and did a great job and I will definitely be coming back.

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed instead she waxed AND threaded them. I had to beg her to put aloe Vera gel on it as it was burning. Now I am left with painful cuts that sting. Lovely lady, but don’t recommend because of this.

I had an eyelash lift done here and I wasn't satisfied. The lady was nice and friendly but she wasn't gentle or delicate in my eyes which made the experience a bit painful.
