It’s clean and bright but maybe if there were more seating area people will wait around instead of leaving and then leaving their stuff in the machines and no one else can use them. These carpets were left inside the dryer for more than half an hour and a queue formed for using the dryer. We had to wait for the owners to come back and claim their stuff as we didn’t want to risk anyone accusing us of damaging their things. Only 6 dryers so it’s quite a wait. If there is a way to make people come back to claim their laundry so we can use the machines next instead of wasting time waiting. Like maybe if they’re not back within 15 min of it done lock the machine and they have to pay extra to open it. Just so people come back in time.

I had the best experience here today. I was looking for a place to do some laundry and found La Laverie on the same street as my AirBnb was. The self service here is great, you put your clothes in a machine, select program, pay and you may do your thing in the meantime. I left and did some shopping and then came to put the clothes in a dryer for 10-20 min. Bonus, I had a really nice and inspiring conversation with a lady from Panama as we were folding laundry ☺️ Totally recomend the place, it’s clean, neat and not crowded. The current price is 5,60 CHF for a 7kg machine and 1,20 CHF for a 10 dryer spin. Enjoy!

I stay in Novotel Geneva Center, this laundry just 2 minutes walking from hotel. Clean place and user friendly washing machine, no need to add detergent. Machine did add detergent itself. Machine have many choices of language, so no need to worry that don't know how to use it. It does accept coins and note, don't accept card. Highly recommend this Self Service laundry Service.

Very easy to use, the machines are available in many languages so don´t worry about that! Great that the machines authomatically dispense detergent so you don´t have to bring yours. The dryers are very high quality also, I payed extra 10 minutes (20 minutes in total) and all my clothes were dry, even jeans! For the price I think is the best service I have ever use!

The place is very clean, the washing machines are good and fast. The tumble driers are quick. The price is fair. The owners are very gentle and they speak Spanish, French and Italian! If you need a receipt for the service, just send and email saying the number of the machines you used and they reply very quickly.

A vey nice and clean self-laundry, perfectly maintained. Doesn’t take cards but will accept up to a $50 CHF bill. Multiple languages available on machines and pay kiosk, including English. A bistro next door for coffee and food. Highly recommended!
