I am honestly really disappointed to write this review but I am still absolutely shocked with my experience here yesterday. This store shares a space with the Plant Shelf, where I have been waiting to visit for the first time in two months due to lockdown. So my friend and I went to visit and realized that there was also a flower studio there, she was very excited to buy flowers from this shop, so we waited outside until another customer was done shopping, once both stores were empty we were about to head in when the woman working at LSP Designs told us there was a 1 person capacity limit, as in one person could be at the plant self and 1 at the flower shop, I thought, thats perfect because I wanted to buy from plant shelf, and she wanted to buy from LSP Designs. However, when we went to walk in the woman working at LSP stopped us and said "no only one", I replied thats fine my friend wants to shop with you, and I want to shop at Plant Shelf, she began rolling her eyes and said we could only come if we were actually going to buy something. I looked at her puzzled, and she began sighing and rolling her eyes at us again as said "really girls? I have customers that want to come to you know". There was no one waiting outside behind us, and my friend truly wanted to buy from her store. I said "Im not lying to you she wanted to buy some flowers from you", again she rolls her eyes and says "okay whatever then, come in I guess" again with a sigh. I just decided to leave because at that point the attitude she was giving me did not make me feel safe there, I am really disappointed to say the least. This is not hate to Plant Shelf though, I feel bad because I was trying to support local, but the women working at LSP not only lost a sale for herself, but also for Plant Shelf. I have never experienced this type of negativity in Portsmouth Village :( I went to Pam's flower garden instead and had a great experience where my friend and I bought flowers as well as house plants! I strongly encourage people to go there for their flowers instead, a great selection and positive vibes all around!

The owner of this store is not helpful and rude. Ordered graduation flowers for my sister and it was so poorly wrapped. I asked if she could redo it and she didn’t even try to make it look any better. It has nothing to do with the type of paper used, it has everything to do with the effort taken to satisfy a clients needs. In addition the flowers were not of good quality, it wilted in several days. If you’re not from the Kingston area and are travelling there for a graduation, you’re better off buying it at your local favourite shop instead of purchasing it there due to the convenience. It’s not worth it.

Whenever we buy flowers for my mom or grandma we order them from LSP. Leanne has such great taste and skills when it comes to creating floral arrangements. Leanne also had a very special role in my wedding day, she didn’t do any of the floral arrangements herself, but she shared her knowledge with my Mom and sister and ordered all the flowers so they could make my centrepieces for the big day. This was Leanne’s own idea and it meant so much to me. Not only was I able to have her involved, but the arrangements at my wedding were beautiful and made by my family.

Leanne provided non-traditional monstera arrangements for our wedding - they were perfect! She knew that I was working within a budget, and she stuck to it. She communicated with me throughout the process of choosing arrangements, and even made a mock arrangement for us since we were overseas. Other florists I contacted in Kingston tried to push extra items (bouquets, expensive flowers), but Leanne was supportive of my ideas and vision. Highly recommended and appreciated!

I got my wedding flowers here two months ago and they were STUNNING. Leanne was amazing the whole way through ordering them, to picking them up! I could not be happier with the flowers. They were exactly what I envisioned and they were put together perfectly. I got married on a Sunday and Leanne even allowed us to pick them up that day, despite them not being open on Sundays! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for flowers for any occasion to check out LSP!

I ordered sympathy flowers from the nicest person at LSP. I called 5 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon to try to order flowers for next day delivery. Despite them being busy with weddings and prior commitments on the weekend, they made the most beautiful arrangement and delivered them quickly. I am very grateful to LSP for not only the superior quality but superior service as well. They are now my go to Kingston florist.

Leanne created beautiful florals for our wedding a few weeks ago. Her designs were incredibly lush and beautiful, and completely made the decor. Extremely friendly and easy to work with, and knowledgable about what kinds of flowers work for different elements, seasons weather, and how to make them lest for the whole event. We are so glad we went with LSP, and can't wait to see what they do for our big event next year!

My husband and I used LSP designs for our wedding and we could not have been happier! The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and Leanne totally understood my vision for the day! I visited many flower shops before I arrived at LSP and I am so glad I wouldn't settle! I would highly recommend LSP to anyone!!

LSP Designs did my wedding flowers 11 years ago after a recommendation from an event planner. They’ve fulfilled every arrangement I’ve needed in Kingston since then; I would never go anywhere else. The flowers are beautiful, the arrangements are unique and the prices are excellent. I’m never disappointed!
