2021 Edit: Returning experiences have been pleasant. Original review: Perhaps don't shop here if you appear young? Instead of checking for the $400 specialty Canadian Club, which I admitted I thought might be online only - I was just looked at. Me like I was crazy. Told me to check the glass whiskey cabinet. When I asked help from her again later, she told me to google it. The older gentleman at the cash asked if my alcohol was for Christmas gifts and told me his mother would've called me lazy. I suppose I should be happy that I'm told I'm "doing well" when it's seen that I'm 32, and not appearing 25 or younger. But I actually don't like the comment against my age and how I look. Can't be avoided I suppose. If it weren't the most convenient location for me, I would choose another LCBO to see if they had better customer service and sales help.

I am completely disappointed with the appalling behavior and discriminatory treatment I witnessed at this LCBO location. The staff made baseless assumptions and treated a customer with disrespect and contempt. the staff failed to offer a reasonable explanation for their actions, further highlighting their unprofessional conduct. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, gender, or any other characteristic. I strongly urge the management of this store to investigate the matter thoroughly, take appropriate actions to address this issue, and provide the necessary training to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

One of the best LCBO in Toronto. Very well organized and modern two floors store. Management service was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. They have lots of premier bottles which you cannot find in different locations. Also they have free underground parking for customers, which is very important during the rain or winter season. From parking you can go to store level by elevator, even direct to the second floor of the store. I really recommend this store compared to other locations of LSBO .

Staff is nice, my issue is the store layout. Wine selection is upstairs. So if getting more then two or three bottles, your options are, the flimsy plastic basket (where the handle buckles at 4 bottles) or wait 5min for archaic elevator. Ill happily walk the stairs with a case but give me something to carry it in. Suggest leaving empty boxes up stairs.

This to LCBO is probably the best one in North York in terms of stock and items you're looking for. As you're probably aware not every LCBO has the items you're looking for if you can't find it at Avenue Road your only alternative is the Summerhill star or Lakeshore. I would recommend this location for people who are looking for certain exotic items.

Rarely do I feel the need to write a review, but the customer service I experienced was absolutely phenomenal - Brent is fantastic. Not only did he help us with our pick up order, but he went above and beyond and out of his way to make our experience the best. I've never had such a stellar customer service experience. Brent deserves a raise!

My daughter pushed a case of beer down the checkout counter so another customer could place their alcohol on the counter. The staff asked her for identification when she had no intention of possessing any alcohol. They treated the situation as if they had just caught a murderer in the act. Michelle and especially Nicole should be demoted.

Limited regular selection outside of wines. When i entered the staff was argueing. When i went to pay, the older lady that had been argueing asked me for id. She seemed to be an instagator. Im in my 30s and i very much so look my age. Never going back here again. 2nd worst lcbo ive dealt with.

A two storey LCBO, with a floor dedicated to wine. Located close to the infamous Forest Hill area, the clientele and the product selection reflects the "taste" of the people that live here. The 10pm closing time makes it a convenient backup option for some that live in the North York borough.

Good location with a garage door the customers. Parking is free, and is very convenient. Elevators take you up to the store and you can bring the baskets to the garage afterwards. Staff were friendly and helped find stuff very fast. Closer to my work so will be returning here for sure.

This LCBO has the most pleasant staff! I have yet to be in any kind of store or service to give such excellent customer service. I keep driving to this location (out of my way) just to see the staff. They make my Friday afternoons! Whatever management is doing at this store keep it up!

Les is the best! you can really feel a communal vibe when you come to this specific lcbo, as if you were transported back to a simpler time where communities flourished. spending some time here, i noticed how Les really fostered that atmosphere. amazing! les is the best!

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare with some tight squeezes. It's a big store with lots of product selection and a well stocked vintages section. The store usually samples quality wines on the weekend and the tasting bar is fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Very nice location on Avenue Road. Good selection of craft beers as well as the usual wines. Scotch selection good, with about 40 different bottles to choose from. Heated underground parking (and free!) under the store. A good store to check out booze.

Where do I begin! Friendly staff, customer service is fantastic. If you call in for an order and ask them to put it aside for pick up, they do so without hesitation. The staff's knowledge of all the products they carry is on point! Love this place.

I’d say this is the best LCBO in town. the collection cannot be any better. The staff are very courteous. The working hours work out for everyone I guess. the only thing for improvement could be parking space. Overall, it’s my favorite LCBO.

Went there towards their closing time. All the staff there was so helpful! Love the wide variety of alcohol they carry in the store! At the end of the day, it is, considered a big store. With free parking, it is so convenient!

Great schedule for last-minute shopping. It is big but it doesn't't have a great selection of all drinks, I would say it is more "a little bit if everything". It has underground parking, busy place. Well located.

Huge store that has an entire 2nd floor for wine. Although, for a store this big, I'd l would think they'd have a bigger beer selection but it's nothing to rave about. Free underground parking is a bonus.

Amazing staff. Super friendly. Loved it there but is too far from Brampton. I had a great time shopping here. Also is the only store on gta where I could find baileys and they have so many flavors aswell.

Good location with underground parking. Closes at 10 which is a plus. They got a second story for wine. It’s one of the fancier stores, probably due to it being right next to a rich neighbourhood.

Always find what I'm looking for here until this trip. Didn't have Belle de Brillet this time but staff were very helpful & even looked up who the distributer was in Ontario. Thanks for the link

This is a dual level LCBO and due to the wealthy neighbourhood it's in it has a large selection of fancy wines and such. There is parking and is easily accessible. The staff are friendly.

The staff are very friendly here. The cashier noted that I was wearing a Raptors hat and we had a nice conversation about the playoffs. Store was very clean and organized. I will return.

The entire staff crew are truly nice, and genuinely helpful. Good vibe there. a good selection and a tasting bar. Underground parking for snowy or rainy days always a plus. Thanks guys

The service was good. I placed my order online, so i was sent an email that my order was ready. I went in gave my name and order number and in no time my order was brought to me.

I had trouble at this location before and assumed it was a 1 off. I brought a valid passport and was refused service because of marks ego. Genuinely idiotic staff here. Avoid.

The staff at this LCBO is very friendly and non intrusive. I spent a long time browsing and only ended up buying 1 bottle but they were very cool about it. I love this venue!

With two storeys of merchandise and a underground parking lot, this is the perfect Lcbo to gather with friends in and Imbibe in the parking lot, safe from the elements

Other than the summerhill location this as well as the Bayview Village location are the best LCBO's in the area. I only wish that they had a better mezcal selection!

staff are slow and unfriendly, almost like they're trying to avoid customers, it maybe Covid related, but you're paid to work and help people.

Typical LCBO except on 2 levels. After parking, it takes 2 elevators to get to the wine section. So a trip here takes twice as long!

Its an LCBO! Medium size compared to others. Beer is cold, people were friendly. Parking is awesome but tight for large vehicles.
