(In response to your Reply Alex: which you have since deleted) I hope you learn from your experience too Alex, you were extremely rude and intimidating. Asking somebody what medication they are taking during a job interview is extremely unprofessional. Do you maintain the position that asking about my mental health and medications during an interview was not a breach of professional boundaries and not a misuse of your authority as a “pharmacist”? I have called around and emailed to find the best place to report my experience, even if it’s not your direct governing board. It seems as though you are seeing this as me being upset I didn’t get the position, so to ensure we are clear, I am not blaming you for me not getting the job, I am actually really regretting even applying. My learning experience from this was to walk out of an interview the second I am disrespected or it becomes unprofessional. I am only leaving this review to educate people who are potentially applying for jobs at your pharmacy, not to open further discussion with you as I feel traumatised.) Seems as though my last review was deleted by the pharmacy. So I’ll just post another, I attended a job interview here and left crying due to the rude, harsh and unprofessional pharmacist Alex. He asked me what medication I was on for my anxiety, and he kept telling me to be quiet. I have reported him to medical and pharmaceutical boards, unfortunately because he isn’t a practitioner and I wasn’t there as a customer nothing can be actioned as of yet but everything has been documented so that if anybody else with a similar experience comes forward action will be taken.

Alex is a wonderful pharmacist who doesn't just fill out prescriptions at the rear of the pharmacy. He is truly interested in you and he is an invaluable source of information and is always concerned as to whether or not you're comfortable with the medication he's dispensing. One of the nicest things about this pharmacy is the quotes Alex has posted near the counter. They're guaranteed to make you smile or just make you feel good. The pharmacy has fantastic opening hours 7 days a week, which often saves you from having to drive into Lilydale or even further. Alex and his great staff offer really good old-fashioned service and personal care which is sadly lacking in so many other pharmacies. Truly a jewel in the Valley.

Absolutely terrible. I called over the phone before leaving my house to ensure they did Stat Decs, once I arrived the Chemist refused, because he was closing in half an hour and had "too much to do"....yet he was happy to help out the woman behind me when I hadn't even left the store yet. All he had to do was print it out and sign it, I would of filled out all the details. Couldn't even spare two minutes. Just absolutely shocking. The receptionist was lovely though, and did apologize to me.

Phen is new to the valley&, an amazing, helpful person,With a lovely manner, happy, friendly person,true professional & an absolute asset for us in the valley which has greatly been needed for some time,He's fitted in to our community easily due to his good nature & a true professional ,I highly recommend phen to all& hope we can do our bit as a community to use our local community small business owners such as Phen at Launch Pharmacy, Beth Carroll ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 stars for phen at launch pharmacy

From reading other reviews it looks like I’m not the only person who was rudely interrogated about what medication they take during a job interview. Ended up walking out halfway through because I was appalled by the unprofessional manner of the pharmacist. You are a weird little man Alex

Alex has got to be one of the most knowledgeable and personable pharmacists I have met. Genuinely interested in his customers and takes the time to explain what you're going to be taking and what effect it will have on you.

Good service from Pharmacist Feng but extremely expensive to get medication, costing twice more than Chemist Warehouse. If time permits, suggest you shop around for better pricing.

Rude pharmacist EDIT - bad review was left for Alex. Now that Launching Place Pharmacy has a new owner & pharmacist, it is a lovely pharmacy with excellent service.
