Jenny Lynch at Kuur Rehabilitation came recommended to me after I suffered trauma to my elbow, causing damage to the main nerves in my right arm. The injury had caused persistent numbness in my right hand, extensive muscle wastage, loss of dexterity and strength and radiating pain across my neck and shoulders. I had been like Bram the Broken for weeks. I was looking at surgery with Dr Christiana Savvidou but she advised I continue with physiotherapy. By the second session Jenny had released the radiating pain in my neck and shoulders and helped me to regain normal movement in my arm - miraculous after the discomfort I had been suffering. After three previous doctors, an MRI and painful NCS and EMG tests I was sceptical, but Jenny was confident she could reverse the damage without surgery. I still have a slight numbness in my hand but I have seen a huge improvement in my condition with physiotherapy over the last three weeks. I cannot recommend Jenny and Kuur Rehabilitation highly enough.

After living in Dubai for 4 years and trying numerous chiropractic clinics and physiotherapists, I found Marie at Kuur. I suffer with a long term back and shoulder issue, which I received treatment for in the UK, yet I struggled to find someone to treat me in the similar way here in Dubai. At Kuur rehabilitation, you will receive excellent treatment in a clean and friendly environment. You never feel rushed through an allotted ‘time slot’, every time I have visited I have been fully treated AND given exercises for aftercare, to help alleviate discomfort between sessions. (Something that was frequently avoided in other clinics here) They offer a range of treatments to suit your needs, such as massage and dry needling. Excellent experience. Cathy is an amazing physiotherapist who has helped me as well as my direct family members with a variety of issues. In my own case I love doing heavy workouts (cardio and weight training) but has suffered from recurring sciatica related back challenges for the last 20 years. Very happy customer! Waa treated for diastasis recti (postpartum). I still have it though, but this is due to the severity of it and also when not doing the exercises which I have to do (at least) daily. I booked to see Jordi, a physiotherapist at KUUR, and he has been amazing ! as someone from Australia/NZ, the standard of physio/chiro is quite high. Super pleased with my treatment and would highly recommend.
