The absolute worst experience with this real estate agency. I never write reviews, because who has the time to waste. For this, I will make the time. I rented the place out for 2 years prior through some really lovely people, it was then sold to another lovely guy, which passed it on to Korn. From the beginning, the lady I dealt with was abrupt, rude, inefficient and unprofessional. The communication and lack Thereof was atrocious, I cant believe that this is a legitimate agency. In the end, what topped the cake was that she had told me that she had processed my bond return the day after I moved out. 10 days later, i sent a follow up message to see how it was tracking, to which I received a response call telling me they haven’t processed it yet and it was because they couldn’t track the ingoing inspection report and couldn’t contact the owner. Mind you, the house was left in excellent condition, I made sure of it. So I contacted the owner, with immediate response, and within the next 5 minutes my bond was processed. 7 days later, CBS contacts me saying no banking details have been submitted by the agency. Thereby leaving me to wait a further 20 days to now receive my bond after providing all of my details , which Korn Real estate should have already done. Highly highly unprofessional, poor service. Do not use , the worst.

Korn Real Estate is the best real estate company I have come across in Adelaide and indeed all of Australia. As I arrived in Australia last year as an international student and moved from Melbourne to Adelaide a few months ago, I was in great need of a professional team to find and recommend the right property for me. Luna was my property manager and I was impressed with her friendly attitude and professionalism. I ended up renting an excellent property that met my requirements and have already started working and living in Adelaide. If I am going to buy a property in the future, or recommend a local property company to my friends, Korn and his team will definitely be my first choice.

Mr Jerry Ji has been looking after my property and I am very happy with the services he has provided so far. Jerry has been responsible, enthusiastic, and professional. He keeps me informed of status and communicates timely. Jerry does his best to protect landlords' rights and he is capable of achieving the best outcomes that are aimed for. Highly recommend Korn and Jerry for all landlords.

We rented though Korn Real Estate for 1 year. They were professional, quick to respond to any issues and their admin was very polite and knowledgeable on the few occasions we needed to communicate verbally. There were some issues with the intercom while we had to quarantine for Covid and the management stepped in and took care of the problem very quickly. I highly recommend Korn Real Estate. Five stars for sure.

Impressive service rendered by Ian ( Sales Manager from Korn ) whom I bought a brand new unit in Adelaide CBD. As a foreigner from Singapore, Ian was helpful and responsive in the follow up requests that I asked for. His professionalism speaks volume of his dedication. Slow or never respond to my enquiries, let alone following up of my questions. Renting with such a property management was a disaster. Would not recommend this to my fellas.
