My parents and I travelled with Vicstone for five days in March, during which we learned more about the sheer breadth of South Korean cuisine than we had in any of our previous visits. Every single one of his food recommendations was absolutely on point, and because he took care to be price conscious on our behalf, each meal was great value. So many months on, we still think about the food we enjoyed with him: fatty, delicate anchovy stew, oysters fresh from the ocean, and succulent crab both raw and steamed. Ours was a memorable tour that took us from Yeosu to Busan. We mainly stuck to parts of Korea that only locals travel to, and Vicstone was absolutely game for following us hiking up mountains or down to the sea. He was entirely flexible and encouraged us to spend more time at any of the places that interested us, and would very sensibly reroute, or tweak our itinerary with our input. It was so nice travelling with such a cheerful and conscientious guide! Vicstone's private van can seat 5 people very comfortably, so with just the three of us we were all able to stretch out. He took pains to always drive carefully, which made us feel very much at ease especially along the winding coastal roads that we took. Along the way, he helped us take some beautiful family portraits, and at the end of the tour also gifted us with a ZIP folder of all the other photos he helped us capture along the way. The photo service provided is a really lovely touch, as he's a talented photographer - some of our favourite pictures are his close-up shots of delicate plum blossoms from one of the villages we visited. If you're into gourmet experiences, photography, or sightseeing, you definitely have to give Korea GPS Travel a try!

Korea GPS Travel is simply wonderful! I booked Korea GPS Travel for my family’s recent trip to Seoul. Adele, the GM, gave an almost immediate reply to my email. She planned the itinerary based on our requests, made suggestions as well as assured us that we could change the itinerary at any time during the course of the tour. We had a very enjoyable day tour to Nami Island and Gangchon Rail Park with GPS travel. Our tour guide, Vic, is very informative, patient, helpful, jovial and friendly. He made a sincere effort to take very very good care of us from the start of the tour till the end. I remember at the end of our ride at Gangchon Rail Park, there was a sudden heavy downpour... And while we were wondering now how especially when we didn't want our baby to get wet, Vic came up the train to look for us, gave up the only umbrella to my hubby who was carrying our baby, and ran out in the rain getting soaked himself. He then brought us to eat the most delicious chicken bbq (which until today my hubby still dreams of eating again!), and bought and sliced sweet peaches for our lunch. He brought us to many nice spots along Nami Island, not just the usual busy crowded spots. Not only so, he took so many lovely (pretty pro!) photos of our family of 3 during the tour, not just posed photos but also many wonderful candid shots, especially of our baby, which we will cherished forever. He is a safe driver and I think that is important criteria too. If I ask my 2-year-old daughter is Uncle Vic good, I'm sure her answer will be "GGGOOOOODDDD!", with her 2 thumbs up. So 6 thumbs up from all of us! Go for Vic, you won't regret! =)

Getting Korea GPS Tour is one of the best decisions we ever made for our Seoul vacation. We booked 2 days with them, first and last day of our vacation. Had I known about them earlier, I would have booked them for all of our tours. Adele was the one taking care of my bookings and she was very responsive. She even reassigned the same tour guide for the 2nd day after I expressed sadness because he was already assigned to guide someone else on that day. Vic was our tour guide for the 2 days and we couldn't have asked for a more helpful guide. Aside from showing us the sights, he also brought us to the best places to eat in that are not tourist traps. We had some of our best meals in those places. All of our requests were granted such as passing by a supermarket, looking for KFC (for my picky toddler), and even going to the best money exchange when I was already running low on won. We were also given huge discounts on the places we visited. We have actually saved a lot of money with Vic's advice. He also served as our photographer and translator. Great service from both Adele and Vic! Next time we go back to South Korea, I will definitely book Korea GPS again. It's a must for a stress free and fun vacation.

Hey all! Travelled to South Korea with a group of women friends for a 7 nights & 8 days trip. Surprisingly we covered a lot of places in such a short time. We visited Seoul, Jeju & Busan! In spite of the language and food problems, we had a blast over there! Most of the hotels we stayed in were good except in Busan! Neither the rains in Busan nor the long days of sightseeing & shopping prevented us from enjoying the trip. Our guide Alex, who was initially an angry man turned out to be our true friend with a good soul. Especially to me he was exceptionally good. With me being a picky vegetarian, he tried to get me something to eat every day. He was there to help us, when we got lost, fell or got sick. From the morning of April 26th 2023, when he came to pick us up at Incheon Airport till 3rd morning of May 2023, he was there to help us, by carrying the luggages of people, who couldn’t, helping 15 ladies with lots of luggages to board the bullet train within 2 minutes etc. he was there! This tour company is simply superb. Was recommended by a friend who availed of their service and I have since recommended several friends who all returned highly satisfied with their tours. Mr Hong served as a superb guide cum excellent photographer. He knows which particular site in each location is best for picture taking so everything proceeds efficiently without delay - one can feel one's trip is maximized and not a minute is wasted. This is everything one can hope for in an excellent guide. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is very flexible especially in managing the schedule around the agreed itinerary - so that if one spends more than the budgeted time in one place, Mr Hong is able to quickly effect adjustments to try to cover as much ground as possible. The guide takes care of his own meals so there is no need to worry about that too. Will definitely avail of their services again on our next trip to Korea.

My family and I visited Jeju and Seoul for a week in end Mar 2019. At Jeju, we were assigned Heather as a guide. Heather was very accommodating and friendly. We greatly enjoyed her company and exploring the natural sites together. She was considerate towards my parents (in their 60s) as well as my child who is 3 years old. We enjoyed the beauty of Jeju very much. In Seoul, we were assigned Thomas. We loved listening to his guiding and sharing of Korean history and culture. Thomas was very thoughtful and brought us to eat food of very high quality. Thomas is also an excellent photographer who captured many moments of our travels. I am intending to engage GPS Travel again for my trip next year. I would highly recommend GPS to anyone considering a trip to Korea. Having private transport and English speaking guides makes visiting a new country so much more relaxing and enjoyable!

Just finished the two-day private tour with Thomas Kim. My husband and I had the most authentic, professional and most pleasant time. Thomas is very funny, knowledgable and surprisingly for a tour guide a professional photographer. Seoul - Busan - Jeju / Oct-Nov 2022 Our family of 3 went on an unforgettable and very personalised private tour of South Korea, hosted by Korea GPS Travel. In Seoul, we were very well taken-care of by Vicstone, who went above and beyond his duties to make our stay comfortable, helped in handling our young boy with his constant 1001 questions, providing interesting insights and brought to places less travelled. With his background in geography, we were treated to a very insightful and knowledge intense tour of Jeju, especially the volcanic formations (basalt columns / lava caves). I would like to say that I am very happy with my experience with Korea GPS travel tours. Alex was a fantastic tour guide very helpful and accommodating prior to our arrival and during our stay. He has extensive knowledge of the sites, attractions and systems which made our trip quite comfortable. He also helped organize our tour in two other cities (Jejeu island and Busan) with independent tour guides who were also wonderful in each other cities which we enjoyed their company very much!! I would recommend him if you are planning to visit Korea and you have specific diet restrictions (Vegetarian, Halal, Vegan etc.) as he offered our party options for our dietary needs. I would say I would reach out to him again for any of my future visits to korea!! very happy customer!!

My husband and I took a 6 day tour with Korea GPS. It was the best choice we made! We visited Jeju Island and when we arrived at the airport our local guide, Joan, was waiting for us. She was so nice and explain us a lot of things about the island. She also took us to very beautiful places. Then we went to the main island and Vic (our new guide) was waiting for us at Busan's airport. He is so easy going and kind and always have a good story to tell. All Korea GPS people have a very good English and an excellent service from the beginning (when we asked for information and reserved) to the end. I loved the photo service! It's very nice to have good memories about our trip. We enjoyed a lot our stay in South Korea and it was, mostly, because of Korea GPS.

Korea GPS Travel was a great company to work with as they were responsive through email when we were planning our 3 day family trip to Seoul. Since our 12 person group ranged from 16 - 83 years old, we really appreciated their flexibility with the itinerary for our small group private tour. Kai, our tour guide was amazing and spoke English very well. He recommended wonderful places to eat, translated for us when we went shopping and more importantly took in consideration our family needs. Thomas was an excellent guide during our tour of Seoul! He was incredibly helpful in providing information about the city and was patient in answering any questions my family had. He was also punctual in picking us up and was really accommodating to our last-minute schedule changes. (Some people in our group were located at a different hotel.) Amazing day with Korea GPS Travel We’ve been guided by funny and very pleasing Mr. Vic, I enjoy every second of it. He’s very patient and accommodating to every request. Long Trip to Seoul and Busan We had a wonderful trip in Seoul. Vic was excellent and superb as a guide. He speaks good English and his knowledge and experience is very good as a guide. We had a great experience with them.. they were very professional and our tour guide could speak good english, take photos and interact with people of all ages! Coming from a tour group of 13, with ages ranging from 4-70, it's very hard to find a tour guide that caters to everyone. We would recommend!

Our guide Thomas was great, at my request, we went to a few uncommon tourist sites, such as the Amore Pacific headquarter. He is great and took amazing photos for our family. We visited 6 places in one day all over Seoul with our 3 year old twins. Will definitely use this company again in the future!
