David in Shoes was AWESOME! Unfortunately his co-workers in Customer Service were not on his level of ethics and customer care. David had over 5 customers he was helping all at once. He was helpful and kept a smile and went above and beyond by taking a shoe off the mannequin just so we could order it. That's where customer service who had a total of 4 customers, 2 at the counter and 2 in line, had no help what-so-ever. Customer Service had 2 cashiers and a woman on go backs and what looked like a manger speaking with one of the cashiers. After waiting approximately 20 minutes my turn came and the woman said, "we don't do orders for customers, you have to order yourself on the kiosk." I explained that David had already helped us on the shoes kiosk and it did not work.. she said, "well that's the only way to order, we don't order for you." And that was that. No help. I tried ordering on the kiosk right in front of customer service and no one offered to help! Even after my husband mentioned it wasn't working. So I placed the shoe on the counter and said, "I will just leave this here then since the kiosk doesn't work." And no one said anything or offered to assist. Poor customer care. They seemed very involved in their personal conversation to even notice i needed help. Walking out, the cashier was very sweet and offered to see why i wasn't helped. I explained i didn't want to bother them anymore they suck. Thanks to the employees who have a heart for customers and care. To the other employees. mainly the older ladies in customer service, you all need a training course on ethics and customer care.

Got here when they opened. Everyone is super warm and nice! I was dropping off an Amazon return. Yep, you can do your Amazon returns here and it's free! They even package and print/put the return label on for you. Just remember that you need your phone so you can get into your Amazon account while there to scan the code! I picked up a 15%percent off coupon just for doing that too, and some nice deals on a few shirts and pants. They had a sale on sneakers for kids but I was already ✅ ng out when I saw them and had to go. I always thought kohls was a bit pricey but they gave me some kohls cash before I left so I will definitely be shopping @ Kohls again soon. But at another location cause I'm moving from the area. This location gets big props though. There's a Popeyes right next door so I headed over and grabbed some Diet Cokes to go as the day was already starting to warm up @ around 10:30 sheesh! I had a great visit!

Clean Kohls store like most you find. I was greeted by multiple employees from various areas of the store, which feels good. They weren't pushy, just comforting. Also noticed that loss prevention was covertly doing a good job of tending to suspicious activity. North doors closed at 6pm but store still open until 11pm. This Kohls also has the Blink electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot to recharge your electric vehicle if you have one. Something super nice of Kohls, is that these chargers are provided for Kohls shoppers free of charge. From an electric vehicle owner myself, "Thank you Kohls"!!!! Let's just hope they keep an eye on them and keep them in top top shape. Maybe not a lot of cars charging right now, but that is just around the corner with gas prices rising. There are also a handful of places to eat surrounding the nearby intersection/roundabout. Awesome for before or after a nice shopping trip.

Wife had to pickup order by 12/13. She wasn't going to make it so she called to extend her time till the next day and a rep told her yeah she was all set and could pick up till 12/15. We went in today to pick it up and was told the order was cancelled and put back on the shelf! What the heck?! You just told us we had till the 15th. Someone who "appeared" to be a manager is going to ask us if we know who we spoke with. Does that really matter?! We told you we called and she extended it two days. Now we here to pick it up and you cancelled it. She looked confused the entire time we spoke to her as if she didn't know what was going on and we weren't worth dealing with. She should've honored our pick up because her staff screwed up. Last time ever there and returning the other order we received from them. No customer service! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I cannot believe how nice the employees are in this store! When I asked an employee on the floor for the location of a specific item, even though her arms were full of clothes merchandise, she walked me all the way across the store to ensure that I found what I was looking for. The checkout clerk was equally helpful. Yesenia was friendly and knowledgeable. When asked, she gave me a few additional hangers for my clothes! When there was a problem with the receipt print out, she immediately called a manager to help me. And went right on to help the next person in line. Kohl's cares about their customers. It is evident through the good attitude of their employees! Very short wait at the checkout and immediate and friendly service! I have not shopped here in over a year. I'm glad I came back!

Me and my girlfriend decided to go Christmas shopping very late at night on a random Tuesday in early December. We were greeted very warmly upon entering the store. The store was very neat clean and organized but we had some trouble finding a specific section of the store so we decided to ask an employee, not only did he help us find it, he went out of his way to show us the clearance rack ask his supervisor about deals going on, trying to help us without us having to ask or anything.(extremely appreciative right before Christmas!) he happened to be our cashier and he doubled down asking his peers and giving us everything he could to help us out. We definitely will be returning for the customer service we received from all the staff and marlo especially thank you.

The store is very clean even the restrooms and yes they also have a clean family restroom. You can find name brand clothing at a great price for any occasion for adults, teens, children and infants. They also carry a variety of shoes. This story also has a small toy section and electronic section. You can find great home designs and cookware. If you like wearing accessories Kohl's has a great selection for women and men. If you're into perfumes Kohl's has a nice selection next to the makeup section. I highly recommend this place! After some shopping you can checkout the local restaurants.

The purchase itself as always was great but right when we got our son's down and baby in stroller a dog came running out of the store and straight for the baby. Thank God the dog was friendly but it sure gave us a scare and 3 associates were outside with the dog trying to get it to leave and giving it water.I don't think they realized that if they gave it water just like food it's going to keep coming back. It did over and over. The manager finally stepped in and called someone to pick the dog up.

I am discussed at how an older lady was treated. She wanted to look at 2 necklaces. And was abruptly told she can only see 1 at a time. The lady said she lost her cross, and needed a new one. 1 necklaces was handed to her and she asked if she could see the length. The rude person behind the counter said no. But I'll guess it's about as long as the one you have on. I was looking at a ring. I had stuff in the cart. I just left it all and walk out in discussed. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I will absolutely be coming back to this store. The manager Manny is amazing. I was looking for a backpack for my daughter and h helped me look for it everywhere. He called and emailed and texted all the Kohl's in AZ untill he found it. I had left the store and he chased me outside to tell me he had found it at the Peoria store. The level of care and customer service is amazing . Thank you so much for all that you did . My daughter is so happy she cried. I am more then satisfied.

The clothes here are great quality. My only problem is... I bought two hundred dollars worth of clothes and they all have to be returned because I can't fit anything. The bottoms are made for shorter females. I am tall and slim and find it very hard to find bottoms that goes pass my ankles. I am upset that I have to return all these clothes. I really liked them. There are no problems with the store, personally it's my long legs that is the problem. I hope this helps tall females in advance.

Enjoy here because we get something for the family, 2 boys, 2 girls as well as us. Nike clothing at good prices. They give store cash which always adds up. At times we get 20% off total order coupons, almost monthly and with the added 25 to 50 in Kohl's cash, we end up saving around 100 in one trip every few months. We used to shop often at places like Ross or Burlington for discounts but the selection here is wide and we end up spending around the same price if you follow their rewards.

Went into this location for shoes. The shoes my father in law wanted did not have his size in the shelf. An employee approached us and asked if we were finding everything okay. So we asked if she knew if they had his size in the back and she spent 15minutes with us looking for his size. She did this without hesitation and with a smile on her face. Great customer service ! My wife purchased some pants for me and I had to do a return because they were too big. I have to say. I been shopping at this location for about 5-6 years and never had an issue. Tonight was the first time I was almost not a happy customer but ultimately kohl’s helped me out with the exchange . I just appreciate the right thing being done. This store is where I usually order my in store pick up for. This store is always clean. Their customer service at this location has been exceptional since the day I started shopping at this location. Highly recommend this location. Kohls is pretty much the only store I order my clothes and home decor from now. It's always nice when you are already looking to buy something and you receive Kohls cash for your purchase!!

Great selection of stuff even though they were hit hard on Black Friday. Customer Service was great, however he forgot to remind us to put in our members number to get our Kohl's cash/rewards. All had to be fixed at customer service, where I was given the 1 800 number. I said just return it and ring it up again because I'm not sitting on hold forever and a day for my rewards. All was fixed and with a great attitude.

I was told that I would get 30 percent if I tried for a credit card. So my total came to like 89 bucks which was a score. I had a $120 dollars in kohl’s cash. I ended up paying like $9 bucks which I assumed was taxes. No it my remanding balance! So then I ask how much kohls cash I have left she said NONE! So in reality I ended paying in total $130 even though the total was $89. I left very disappointed.

The store was very neat and organized considering we just came off Christmas shopping season. There were enough sales cashier clerks at the front of the store to efficiently process sales for customers. I was a little disappointed in the clearance racks; there wasn't much there to choose from and normally there's something worth looking at; that part of my shopping was a waste of time.

During this visit the clothing racks were stocked with ample merchandise. I also witnessed teamwork amongst the seasoned employees and new hires who seemed to enjoy helping the customers. Additionally, what impressed me the most was the smiles and greetings offered by all of the store clerks. Very friendly shopping environment. Thank you all for your service

The cleanest, neatest, friendliest Kohls I've ever shopped at. I may just continue shopping this chain. I have gave up on them for a while due to poor customer service & product selection at other locations, and figured I get better treatment and selection elsewhere. Open late. Great fitting clothes for short people. 3 stars cuz not a larg big & tall dpt. Also last time i was there i wanted something that they could not find the rest of the set. When asked to discount it for me mngr said no that it had to be returned to wherever it came from. Went bk in a bit later and an employee had bought it. So wrong!

I was looking for a father's day gift for my husband. Not being familiar with Kohls store layout I asked one of the employees for directions and was given directions to the area I needed. I LOVE TO SHOP AT KOHL'S BUT NEVER AGAIN AT THIS ONE. I WENT TO RETURN SOME luggage , THAT I DIDN'T NEED, WEN THEY SCANNED THE RECIPE THEY SAID THE ITEAM WAS ALREADY RETURNED, WTF.. No one said hello when my family came in. It was about 8:30pm and store had less than a dozen customers so they weren't busy. They only had ONE cart that you can put toddlers in that I could see and it was in use. So I had to carry my 2 year old on my hip. When my family and I left we did get a "goodbye and thanks for coming."

Clean and staff was very inviting; greeted us as we walked in. If I remember correctly, I believe the store holds no bigger than a size 13 shoe for men, but you could order larger sizes online. Although, the shoe selection for men was slim, we found that the prices were reasonable and had a good sale going on at the time.

Clean store!! One retail staff member very rude! When we said excuse me I need some help,she ignored me! My husband was treated rudely by her that same day! It was funny because we were shopping separately! What are the odds of that one person treating 2 ppl from the same family bad in the same hour, shopping separately!

I went into Sephora and am not great with picking out makeup. This wonderful woman Selina was SO helpful! Listened to what my issues were and found great products. It's been several days and I'm loving the products. She couldn't have been any nicer. Professional, patient, funny, just a great great person.

A few months ago I needed to get some sunglasses, but I had my small dog with me and it was 118 degrees outside. I called them to see if I could bring my dog in really quick and the manager said yes. Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Usually find something I like. Have to use coupons and sales to get best prices. Decent selection of plus size clothing. Cell phone service sucks inside, so always pull up coupons ahead of time and don't plan on using their APP because it won't load in the store.

I went here to return some Amazon packages. I walked around and the store actually had some cool deals. I was legit just happy I could return the packages here. I've never returned online stuff before. They made the process so easy and I received a 25 percent off coupon to use in Kohls.

Had to do an Amazon return and they offered Khols as an option - Great! Make sure you have your QR code ready BEFORE you enter the store. Phone service sucks inside the store and you won't be able to access it. The return went super easy and you get a 25% off coupon to use at Kohl's.

Anyone that has shopped at Kohl's knows you don't go there and shop on a whim. The prices are much higher than other stores. The savvy shopper goes there armed with "Kohl's cash" or Kohl's discount coupons. With those in hand, you can find some decent deals when they do have a sale.

Sucky kohls. Never will go back to this one. They have me a hard time to redeem kohls cash 3 days late. The cashiers both said there a 7 day grace period. But when the manager came up she say no they cnt do it anymore. Its was only 5 bucks but still. Money is money.

Love khols, the shoe departments needs to be restocked.. how many women do you know walking around with a size 12 foot? Yall need to keep average sizes in stock and cater to your customers more. Who ever runs the shoe department at this location, do your damn job.

Didn't have a great selection. It seemed like a lot of shows were empty and things I was looking for or either not in stock or they didn't sell them. I think it may have been because of covid and delivery problems but other stores seem to be stocked much better.

This store is a dusty MESS! As a former Customer Service Manager, I don’t understand why this store is so dirty. Night employees and/or Closers must be completely exempt from cleaning and making sure the store is ready for customers, the next morning.

It's Kohl's some decent stuff. Just be cautious of their fake sales or "cheap" prices. After you add together a couple % off discounts and a little of their Kohl's cash you are at regular price.

Great place. Friendly and help staff with clean bathrooms. The only downside is, if you are a big guy like myself, the big and tall section is very limited, maybe 3 racks.
