BEST AGENT EVER - Freddie! We met Freddie in April at a stunning property. Freddie was flexible in giving us a last minute lunch appointment on a Friday. Before making an offer we wanted to see the property again, and Freddie was flexible in giving us a very late evening viewing. Post that he helped us expedite the whole process to meet the 30th June deadline. He went out of the way e.g. endless chasing with solicitors, recommending good services for surveys, removals etc as well as staying on top of everything to enable us to close the transaction quickly. He was the reason we could reach very tough negotiation with owners, on price as well as contract terms. He took care of both the sides equally. Overall he was amazing and we enjoyed working with him. If we ever need a property agent again, it will have to be Freddie! My husband and I truly appreciate all the efforts and time he has taken to help us move quickly. He was kind to also show us around the property - showing us how all the doors worked, alarm systems etc. We think Freddie is a real star! We would recommend his services for sure.

Tenant experience - We rented a flat using this particular agency/branch. Overall this was a sub-par experience. Dealing with the agency initially was good or at least as expected, the team has been professional in their communication and very responsive. The service level sadly started to drop post signing the offer - the team has been rather unhelpful in communicating promptly thereafter, contract negotiation lasted 3 weeks with lack of transparency over the process. Closer to the move-in date we had lots of hiccups with them which just adds to an overall not-so-great experience (i.e. the agent initially communicated the Internet is 'included' which ended up meaning that it's available in the building and we'd have to pay for it - small thing but not great after incurring cancellation fees for a current contract and having to set it up again; we scheduled an inventory check and their third party completed that without us, before we got there (?), keys didn't work etc. you get the gist).

We recently bought a house where Freddie was acting as a sales agent. Despite being an agent for the seller, the quality of his service to us was unparalleled. There were a number of times, he went above and beyond - chasing up solicitors, negotiating finer points o the agreement, ensuring that there are clear lines of communication between sellers and us. At one point he was even drafting legal documents! There were a number of times where we thought the transaction would fail, but Freddie was always able to work out to the solution to the problem of the day. We would not have had the house, without Freddie. If we ever have to buy/sell a house, Freddie would be the guy we would go to.

Our experience with Becks at Knight Frank was an incredible one. From the off we knew that we had found a friend in him. We never felt like we were ever not being represented in the deal, even though Becks really represented the vendor. Importantly he was super kind - which is essential given how stressful such transactions can be. And he was the first person to call us as soon as we completed. It felt like we were celebrating with a friend. I couldn't recommend Becks highly enough for any transactions. He provided us sufficient guidance, directed us to the right solicitors and ensured that he got us over the line in a very structured fashion. Five stars from us.

It was a pleasure working with Freddie on the sale of my apartment at NEO Bankside. The sale required unbundling the parking space from the flat and Freddie managed to find both buyers within a few weeks of listing. Throughout the rather long and complicated process of completing the sale, Freddie acted with professionalism and kept all parties informed each step of the way.
