I joined this gym in October 2023. It’s a convenient location to where I live and the reviews all sounded great. I lasted a little over 2 months before I cancelled. Unfortunately in the women’s gym a lot of the machines are not usable and/or broken. I mentioned 3x to staff members my concern and not once was I ever followed up with. For the price you pay to be a member it was very disappointing that multiple machines are unusable. Also, the morning classes are so incredibly difficult to be a part of. It’s more like a gossip club and hard to focus on the class when everyone is talking and yelling throughout the duration of the workout and over the music playing. After voicing my concerns and not once being properly acknowledged I decided to cancel my membership. They did not seem to care they were losing a member. They let me go with no concern or questions asked. Lastly, upon registration I was promised with a promotion stating that the person who referred me would get a free month as well as myself. My friend has never received her free month and they continued to charge her (she has since cancelled her membership as well for the same reasons mentioned above) There are better, reasonably priced gyms in the West Island. Unfortunately this is not one of them.

Sauna used to be 24/7 to now limited hours and we have to ask, and now sometimes deep cleaning often…, incovenient for some members, need to start to take appointments? 3. most if not all of 5 star reviews are friends or employees 4. gym has great machines but some machines are never used and can be replaced especially for the price people are paying ( i.e some pulleys need lubrificant and one smith machine has been uncalibrated for past 5 years) 6. great place to work out with great people but some things can be worked on to improve gym quality for members, especially for membership prices!

I joined this gym so long ago, it has never dissapointed. The environment is amazing, the people are awesome, I feel so safe here as a girl who's had bad experiences at another gym. It's more private and it's a little community, also super clean which is so nice. I really enjoy using the sauna room after my workouts a few times a week!

Love this gym! Everything is clean, staff is nice and welcoming and trainers are competent, especially Thomas. I’ve been training with him for a while and he helps me understand really well how the movements work. He improved my confidence in the gym and he’s always there to motivate me. Amazing environnement and extremely clean. Always plays the best music and everyone is very friendly. Good amount of equipment and very well organized, very good lighting too. Bathrooms and Locker rooms are kept very clean.
