I had 5 baskets of laundry, it's a lot I know but the guy told me it was too much and that he couldn't do this for me. I asked him what was the limit, he said there is no limit. I then asked if I could leave 2 baskets and he said no and suggested that I use their washers to do my own laundry. I used to get my laundry done here all of the time and I've come in with 5 baskets and it was never a problem. My issue is when you tell me there's no limit but you're not gonna wanna wash my clothes so I ask to leave 2 baskets and you still tell me No! Apparently you do have a limit which is fine, just post it on your window or wall. By the way, they charge by the pound.

After coming to this laundry mat for over 15 years, as well as Mother also being a customer, I was told today by the employee behind the counter that I was not allowed to use the dryer ONLY! I had to pay & use the WASHER & DRYER! Who told this employee to say that? Stupid! I'll never do business there again. BTW, this policy is NOT posted anywhere on the premises! Contacting the BBB!

Great washerteria to go to when you don't have a washer and dryer at home. The prices for washing and drying was not as expensive compared to other washerterias. I was kinda disappointed finding out on my very last day washing there that they had free wifi too and I didn't realized it til the end. But it was my go to place to wash clothes.

Some of the machines aren't the newest, but it's fairly priced, the owners are friendly, and it's never so busy you can't wash your clothes in peace. They also offer a service where you can drop off your clothes, have them laundered and folded and pick them up the next day if you don't feel like doing it yourself.

Place was ok.. small but not crowded. Some of the machines weren't working, but the manager understood if you needed your quarters back from a defective machine. Also, the machines were super fast in getting my clothes done ( I only had 2 loads but getting those done in less than 1 and 1/2 hours was awesome

My dryer went out. So I tried to take my wet clothes to dry them there. They wouldn't let me. He said if I don't use his washers. I couldn't use his dryer. I don't understand why that is even a policy. You're still getting my money. Well now they didn't. I'm going to the next place.

One star only because it is close to my home, so I go here to wash larger items. The owner or employee, an Asian man, had the attitude that he hated being there. I asked him 2 questions and he yelled the answer at me, clearly annoyed I had the nerve to politely ask for help.

First time visitor. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. Neither was the a sink to rinse hands. The washing time was adequate but we opted for the extra wash and extra rinse. The dryers were adequate. But six minutes per quarter is a bit pricey for me. Overall just another laundrymat

I seriously love this place. There are always machines available. I spend an hour tops washing clothes. The owner is a very nice reserved guy. He's always so pleasant. Its only a quarter to dry clothes, cant beat it! Its the only place i will go.

I'm not sure who wrote good reviews for this place, but it's disgusting. It's dirty, smelly with old machines and the people that work there are rude AF. We went to another washateria on Wilcrest and it's SO much better than the kirkwood place.

Washateria is nasty the people are very rude I explain to the owner Kim that the soap was not making any soap suds and she stated that it wasn’t her fault it was my clothes this is after I put a reasonable amount of soap in the machine.

they replaced all the old machines with all brand spamming new machines that get the job done, quick and in a hurry. This place is the bomb dot com. If you once disliked this place, give it a chance, it’s awesome now.

The place is average not exceptionally clean but okay. The dryers worked but, I usually had to dry 2 or 3 times. I stopped going because they no longer let you dry only and I have a wash machine at home.

Its ok ! Not only is it old & hot in there but the owner told me "next time don't come here to only dry. Next time you wash here too" -wtf it's cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for.

Very good service.. clean and good washer and dryers. Assistant also very helpful. Cash you can change for coins. If need detergent also you can purchase there. Recommended to others...

The owners are very nice but it is a very neglected, do not do it the proper maintenance to washing machines, something dirty and the dryers do not dry well.

Looks lile a junk yard.... dirty washers, dirty floors, trash cans overflowing, piles of dirty clothes.... does not look safe for a woman alone at any hour!
