Exceptional Installation Experience with Nathan R. and Owen K. Tankless hot water system. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, Nathan R. and Owen K. exceeded our expectations, with their impeccable professionalism and exceptional skills. Communication is key in any service, and Nathan and Owen absolutely nailed it. They took the time to explain the installation process in detail and addressed all our concerns with the utmost patience. Their approachable and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a true pleasure, and we felt comfortable knowing that our home was in the care of two highly competent technicians. Everything happened on time and the work was super clean. They arrived with all of the necessary tools and equipment, and wasted no time in getting to work. They even worked around all of our future renovation plans to ensure that nothing would interfere with our design. I'm exceptionally disappointed in Enercare services. We were with Service Experts, who were pretty great. They called me to book my service, they were generally pretty great in terms of billing, and follow-up. Then Enercare bought Service Experts. And my service has been terrible since. Enercare only cares that their invoices get paid; that's the only thing they're actually good at. At harassing you, they're exceptional. Everything else is truly, truly awful. Booking a service call is an absolute chore; it's been months. You click links on their emails which don't work. You call to be put on hold and wait. And wait. 30+ minutes just to get scheduled, only to find out that someone managed to enter a furnace as a boiler. How? What? We have had a technician, from Enercare, in the house to service... the furnace. Which, is the same furnace that we've had since we bought the house... We've never had a boiler. There's another 20 minutes spent straightening that out. I guess that's another positive; their incompetence is pretty high as well! Upselling service calls to a customer who's not happy with your service isn't a good selling point, and then compelling two no's - hard ones at that? Yeah, don't do that. I'm going to switch to something else as soon as possible.

So maintenance scheduled on the eve of a long weekend. Which made this matter worse. The technicians had informed my wife they changed the fan speed and said it would be more efficient. By 7pm the temperature in the house reached 76 when AC was set at 72. The fan on the furnace was running nonstop. I called to have a technician come to change it back thinking this must be what the problem is as it had been working just fine. While on hold I did some troubleshooting and discovered the AC disconnect was not reconnected after the maintenance was performed. How does not one but two techs overlook this. Why wouldn't they have ensured the system was back up and running once maintenance was completed. The best part was the CSR I was speaking with said they couldn’t get anyone to come out until Tuesday. So your company screws up our AC the leaves us to sweat until Tuesday. Now that’s great service. Thankfully I figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it myself. Never again will I allow service to be done unless something isn’t working.

Had another great experience with Enercare. Had a broken boiler with water spilling into my basement. They quickly got a technician out to my house, within hours of me calling. The technician, Jesse Handy was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identify the issue, provided options for us and fixed it quickly. He insured we understood what it happened and make sure we had numbers to call in case it happened too. We would highly recommend Jesse to other Enercare customers. Thanks for a great experience Jesse. A week later had Joe Varrette out to the house to repair another part of our heating system. Joe called when en route discussed the issue and arrived on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Quickly identified the problem and explained the issue along with the solution. Problem was fixed extremely fast and he made sure everything was working fine before he left and made sure we had no other issues. I highly recommend Joe Varette, an outstanding Enercare technician.

Joe had arrived right on time and provided an honest professional opinion on the problem with my AC. Never in my interaction did I feel like he was trying to sell me something, rather he provided me the information I needed to make a decision. Nothing but good things to say - great guy, solid advice. Chris was quite lovely as well and was candor with the options presented to me. He was able to explain the basics of AC quite well for a layperson like us to understand, and was open with all the options that were available to us. He was able to work with us to fit an appointment time that would for with us which was definitely very appreciated. Lovely folk doing honest work without any concerns so far. I feel reassured that my AC will be installed properly and without any concerns. EDIT: Jeff and Spencer came by and installed it this morning. Working well so far and it seems to me they did a great job. Courteous, polite, and gets the job done.

Just had my new furnace put in today along with an ac, it was pricey but for the SLP99V i can assure you that it was worth it! The team that did the installation was great and Declan was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job! Ill leave the card in the photo i highly recommend anyone to speak with as many company’s as possible to get the best prices possible and negotiate the best price possible!. My new furnace makes less noise than my fridge, i can barely hear it while standing next to it, now i cant wait to test out the ac in the spring! Before you say yes to other company give him a call and hell give you a better deal! Update almost 2 years later. Curtis came back and realigned the furnace. Took his time to check everything and followed the codes to a tee! Will be recommending ! Hopefully that will fix the AC problem i had this summer!

Thank you for having Jesse H stop by today, what an incredibly nice guy. He found the problem quickly, explained what was wrong and did the repair. He then took the time to sit down with us and chat about a new concept air conditioner that provides heat as well, among other things. What I like the most about Jesse was that there was no hard sell involved. He just wanted to let us know there was something new on the market. He also reminded us about vent cleaning which as you know is not as sexy as a new car but equally important. I absolutely love this company!! Their customer service is outstanding and consistent everytime. You know the sign that this company is great? I see their trucks throughout my neighborhood. Thanks again Jesse!

A quick review to share how pleased we were by the team at Enercare who installed our new heating system. We had 2 team members who consisted of Spencer and Matt. They showed up on time and walked us through the process of removing our old furnace and A/C and installing new furnace along with a heat pump. The job took 2 days and both members did not hesitate to spend time with concerns and questions we had. Both did a great job cleaning up area and spent as much time as we needed setting up our new thermostat and understanding how equipment would operate. We would definitely recommend Enercare and their caring team members for all heating and cooling needs.

After purchasing a new heating and cooling system last year, we scheduled an appointment to have the a/c unit cleaned. Rob Myles showed up to do the service today. Rob not only did the regular service on our unit, he discussed our needs with us. When he found out that we had a plumbing issue that we had not addressed, he checked our maintenance plan, confirmed that the service was covered and scheduled an appointment for us with Enercare. I called in the morning to have our leaky water heater looked at. Rob came to look at it BEFORE the estimated time. He informed us that it needed to be replaced and made sure that it was taken care of as soon as possible before he left the house. Nathan R and Owen K came THAT NIGHT to install the new water heater. I contacted Enercare for a furnace inspection and was given one the same day - November 1, 2023. Curtis Richmond phoned before his arrival so that we would be prepared and arrived within the time frame suggested to us. Curtis did the inspection and was very helpful in explaining warranty, protection and maintenance plans and costs for our consideration. Our technician was Jesse Handy he came to replace a leaking valve on our hot water tank his great service started when he gave a courtesy call to let us know when he would be arriving, I found him to be friendly, courteous, and respectful not just to us but our house. We were having problems with intermittent hot water. Enercare's quick response was amazing as their technician showed up at our door less than two hours later to check into the issue. His friendly manner and in-depth knowledge was excellent and he educated me on a few things that no one had apprised me of in the past. As it was, he found that the issue was not with the tank but with the mixing value, something I didn't know could affect hot water flow. I highly recommend Enercare's fast, efficient service!

Curtis our technician was very friendly and professional. Completed service on our furnace, found a problem with a part and replaced it from stock in his service vehicle. He explained what the part was a what its function was. He advised that the part was under warranty and no charge. He also replaced our furnace filter which I had requested from stock he carried. Highly recommend Curtis to service your homes furnace and look forward to seeing him again next season for our yearly service.

As this is my first year managing furnace care, Jesse took the time to explain the difference in filter quality as well as showing me how to set the thermostat to the appropriate temps for the automatic winter mode.
