Ordered through Doordash to pick up and when I went to pick up they refused to give me my order. I told them I was the customer and left my phone. I had my card and ID I paid with and then showed my account then they told me i didn't pay when I had the proof. She eventually understood what I was saying and then eventually gave my food. I will not recommend this place and they also screwed up order but I didn't even want to go back. I wouldn't even give a star but I have to.

Check your ITEMIZED receipt! They have charged me random add-on charges multiple times. $1.00 for "extra soy sauce" (that I didn't ask for and wasn't in the bag), $1.50 for "add shrimp" to an order of shrimp fried rice, which I would assume would already have shrimp in it. I did not ask for extra shrimp. The first few times I thought it might be an accident but its looking more intentional each time. The only reason it's not a one-star review is the food is awesome.

No deliveries by restaurant. The food was decent. But a crippled up person (veteran), without transportation CAN NOT afford services such as "Grub Hub" or "Door Dash" very often. And I was told the restaurant made deliveries to the VA House (2669 Cold Spring Road , Indianapolis , IN.). Not far from the Coffin Golf Course.

Been eating here for a few years and never had a problem with the food at all. People here are friendly, delivery is fast depending on how their day is but for me still no complaining. They cook the food in front of you so you see what their cooking and how. I can say they lady that work there she is nice but at times a little agitated but I don't let people get to me so I'm not bother by how people act much. Overall nice place.

Kin's Kitchen is hit or miss, but hey- isn't every Chinese restaurant in Indy? as a college student with low standards, Kin's has always satisfied my needs. For the most part, they're timely, the portions are always hearty, and the lady on the phone is a little hard to communicate with but its not a huge deal. I haven't found anything nasty in my food so I'm gonna keep ordering for the rest of my college career.

Service was terrible but they were willing to do me a special favor and charge me more for a vegetarian dish than one with meat. I politely declined because I know cabbage and broccoli does not cost more than chicken and pork. Got home and the food was mediocre at best. The rice was not fully cooked...I was done, something as simple as a vegetable egg roll or spring roll was not even a menu item.

I Door Dash for extra Money and was there for a pick up. People were friendly, I could tell by what was ordered and what the bag weighed that the servings were top notch. Any good Chinese restaurant gives you enough for leftovers. They didn't fail. Smells were amazing. Made me want to go back and eat and I might later lol. I give it a 4 because I haven't actually tried it. Will update when I do.

If I could give 0 stars i would there menu is horrible they got my order all wrong and caught a attitude about fixing it and refused to fix it or give a refund. Food gave me heart burn and made me throw up for 6 hours straight i have to go to the hospital to see if i have food poisoning on top of that it was cold! Do not order from here if you value your health. Worst food i ever experienced.

I ordered off Ubereats, first I noticed the crab Rangoon were really dry, and burnt, the rice with my general Tso was not fully cooked, no flavor no seasoning and the peas in the rice were hard and dried out. We thought the chicken wings were ok but we had a few under cooked pieces just like the general Tso. I paid almost $30.00 just to eat a subpar egg roll. Never again.

My General Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice was dry and the meal taste like and smelled like too much hot sauce was used. I will not be back. I had to ask three times for an itemized receipt. The meal was too expensive. I was in the area and decided to go there but the food isn’t as good as years ago. No thank you. Never again.

The manager or employee at this restaurant is extremely highly very rude. I called to let them know that they had messed up on my order. I ordered chicken lo mein and they gave me shrimp lo mein. I called and she hung up on me all times sayin call door dash why call DoorDash off they’re not the ones that made my food

Just placed a delivery order. It was absolutely horrible. Hot and sour soup was greasy with no taste. I ordered chicken with Chinese vegetables and the vegetables were not even cooked right. Broccoli was really crunchy, and no taste with that as well. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I always order my family the shrimp chow mei fun with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. VERY DELICIOUS! Staff is very friendly not really conversation oriented. They just want you to get ur food as fast as you can so you can enjoy it Hot. Loyal customer for 4 years now

Ordered from doordash and all I can say is AWFUL. Food actually smelled like urine and all vegetables were not cooked. Seafood was overcooked, chewy and just inedible. Rice wasn't wasn't seasoned. Please do not waste your money here!

It was ok. The girl who waited on us was too busy on her cell phone having a personal conversation while customers were waiting and she was forgetting to put what they purchased in their bags.

I have been a customer for years. I do like their food, but it gets pricy when ordering for a family. Had a couple issues but they always fix the issue. Will continue ordering from them. ☆☆☆☆

Not the cleanest, but their chicken with hot garlic sauce is one of the best in the area. Prefer takeout, as the dining room just feels grungy. Otherwise, good value, and good food.

Very hearty servings. Shrimp fried rice has a lot of shrimp! Not to bag on my fellow Mexicans, but they actually have Asian cooks, instead of Hispanics lol
