After having my car vandalized, my insurance company placed the job with Kilburn - worst decision ever! Horrible experience, Poor workmanship ment I had to return the car, also melted plastic trims with the buff. they were so ignorant that they left a dash cam running and recorded them hitting something while reversing and workers laughing about it (also verbally abusing the car), I never got an apology over the experience just hostility for the fact I was unhappy with the work. Was also told if the car came back it has to be running as they wouldn't push it around - apparently too hard (what do they do with all the crashed cars that won't run or have damaged radiators). Stay clear

Kilburn Crash Repairs certainly ranks as the most professional company l have ever encountered. The repairs undertaken were faultless and could not believe that my car had undergone crash repairs. The paint colour match was impeccable. Most impressive was the fact that l had got my car back, well before the expected date and had been updated regularly, since my car was in for repairs. Well-done. Great to know that companies like this still exist. Highly recommended. Certainly unbeatable - most reliable, the best.

Friendly staff, great customer service, and best of all are honest with their evaluation of repairs. KCR repaired a dent in my Yaris tailgate when 3-4 other repairers were quoting exorbitant costs to replace the whole thing. Would highly recommend getting your repair work completed at KCR.
