If your looking for a place to host a kids birthday party this place will not disappoint you! We had our daughters second birthday here on Saturday and it was the best experience! All of the kids had a blast and were exhausted by the end of it since they had so many options to choose from; from the big play structure and the bouncy house to the toddler area when they started to get overwhelmed with the older children. The staff were extremely accommodating as some of our older party guests had some issues but they were able to make an accommodation for them and they were also able to still sit and enjoy watching the children play. I was concerned before we arrived that the party room may not be big enough for all of our guests but I didn’t have a thing to worry about there was more then enough space for everyone, all the food and presents with some room to spare still. Last year I hosted my daughters party at home and by the end I felt that I didn’t get the chance to actually enjoy the party and engage with people, which was pretty disappointing but hosting it this year at kid city was a completely different experience I got to play and engage with my daughter and all of the guests. I didn’t have to micro manage the food or the timing of things since it was already planned out and the staff were extremely helpful with nice reminders on when we can enter the room and where our time is coming to a close so I didn’t have to watch the clock. They made this party as easy as could be and it is safe to say our family will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing toddler friendly space

I absolutely love this place if your only DROPPING IN ( no event ) Unfortunately I was very heart broken to say the least , yes they refunded 120$ , replaced their three pizzas. But we still paid a big chunk of money for three bowls of popcorn not 1 , and not to mention none of the 20 kids that came got a goody bag! My daughters birthday was ruined. They didn’t even acknowledge her name on their boards we waited over 30 mins for our party room to be done. They have not enough STAFF to hold events like that. I understand sometimes things we can’t control. But other birthdays got complete respect and perfectly well together EXCEPT FOR THERE LAST BIRTHDAY OF THE NIGHT!!!!! It was disgusting and not cleaned the room. Not to mention they toke their time to clean up after I complained, the boys cooking our pizza was more respectful to us than the rest of the staff… no communication, didn’t even let us no they were done cleaning we had to figure it out our self. I have a very sad child to say the least… please get more staff When you have a booked day of birthday parties to avoid this terrible situation from happening again. Forget your excuses when it comes to staff walking out. Not to mention I stayed and cleaned the room to give them less to do!!!! As an owner you were polite and easy to speak with. But hire more staff when you have a full day of birthdays until close please. Save the next kid from crying on their birthday #bettercleaning #happierkids

Recently on Sunday September 22 2014 my daughter held my granddaughter's ninth birthday party at Kid City on 550 Archibald. The room had no air circulation, it was hot and stuffy for everyone! and not just us but other people in the other rooms! The small play area was also quite hot! I had the children go and wash down their faces as the sweat dripped off their shirts after the play area,( however, the sitting area was quite large, larger than the other one on Century) The reason why this was a health concern is, both of my grandchildren have Cystic Fibrosis and cannot get this hot! My daughter had bought the most expensive package, the" gold package"= more time in the party room (1 & 1/2 hours) rather than rushing a party in one hour (silver package) as some guests tend to show up late. A party for 16-20 people in one unventilated room is very uncomfortable, requests made to access a fan to keep the children cool and comfortable fell on deaf ears. I suggest to anyone thinking of holding a children's party to go to the one on Century as it is larger, cooler and more accessible parking. The gold package does not mean anything as we were to have an attendant who was easily accessible, this was not the case. We were very disappointed in the service and would not reccomend this Kid City as an enjoyable place to hold a birthday party. If anyone should decide to attend this Kid City due to location? I highly suggest you bring a large fan!

I brought my children to kid city today. I was unaware that they don’t allow outside food (the sign is upfront but small and by the footwear). I had packed a lunch for my 3 year old and I made a homemade muffin for my 10 month old who has allergies. I was approached by a staff woman who said we can’t have outside food. I understood this for my 3 year old but not my 10 month old. When I requested to feed my baby the homemade muffin, this woman continued to direct me to buy him food from the concession which was basically junk food (pizza, popcorn, slurpee) but also had apple sauce and granola bars and large muffins (maybe Costco?) I explained that these foods aren’t appropriate for a 10 month old and I also don’t know the ingredients in them (as most process food has fillers) she finally agreed to allow me to feed my baby the muffin but not without having to argue it. I ended up purchasing my three year old a $4.00 slice of pizza which maybe my dog would have ate. The bottom was like cardboard and the toppings were very minimal. I did look at their menu which did include healthy options like apple sauce, granola bars or veggie trays however, it was pricy. I still would return but not around meal times with the kids. If you have a child with specific allergies or maybe want to be mindful of the junk food your child eats, avoid going around your child’s meal times or maybe try somewhere that will accommodate your child’s foods needs.

I just made a party here in Archibald.... The staff was awesome. Stress free and well organized, super polite and attentive, they set all for me at the room and checked on if we need anything, super fast service. The kids played and played and never got tired which means are a lots of fun in the different sections. The only thing I did not like was that the room for the party did not have much ventilation when the door was closed. Once the door is open the aire came nice inside. Even with this I will for sure make another party here as I felt happy and did not worry for anything. Make sure you bring your table cloths for the room party, is super easy to clean everything in the end ! The waiting area is big, lots of tables with views both sides... I am not super fun of the pizzas so I will not comment on here but I had tasted the chicken fingers in the past and are great. The toddler area is great but one seccion is open and I did not apriciate big kids entering that side where toys for toddlers are in the ways. The inside of the toddler area is very safe !

I really hate to write bad reviews but after my daughters birthday here today, I’m not impressed. I arrived at my scheduled time, and went to our party room. I understood that there are certain times that the food comes to the room. The food came out late, my drinks came late. When my pizza came some pieces were burned which no kid enjoys. I had to ask for the popcorn that comes with the party package. Not organized at all. You don’t get a party host to help you in the room. I was told that there were new people working and that it was busy. I understand that but when you are paying hundreds of dollars that’s not really good service. Also because my food was late, it pushed my party back longer. One of the employees came to tell us she needed to clean the room while my daughter did her gifts. We felt rushed. The manager did say that we could stay a half hour longer but by that time people already felt rushed out. I recommend they hire capable staff.

Parking is limited and there’s no staff around enforcing rules. Larger kids, clearly not toddlers playing in the toddler zone and one almost bowled my child over. There’s twice the limit of kids in the bouncy castle, and I was told “well parents are responsible for their kids”. The parents sitting in the cafeteria area on their phones, are not paying so that they can enforce rules of a facility. That’s what staff is for. People smoking near exit and an ashtray literally outside the door. The jacket and boot area was in complete disarray and the floor was filthy, it’s also incredibly dark in the entrance area. And the manager kept stalling on the refund, “it’s expensive for us to refund, can I give you free admission? Or drinks.” And then said oh without a receipt it’s going to be hard , when literally her employee 25 seconds earlier said receipts weren’t printing There are better and better managed places to take young kids

We visited Kid City for a kids Christmas party. It was my first time back since covid and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they expanded the baby/toddler area to double what it had been previously. My 7 month old had so much fun watching the older children play while getting to practice her growing gross motor skills with the anchored foam shape supports and large foam blocks. We were not sure if there would be anything suitable for her very young age but looking back at the videos we took of her she was so engaged and mesmerized by everything around her. All in all I'd say it was an enriching time and the first large group childrens activity we have done as a new family, and I thinknits safe to say thatcher father and I built memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives while nurturing her current growth.

I have gone to Kid city located on Archibald street several times with my son who is now four years old. The first time we went it was awesome, for both me and my son to burn off some energy. Going back and finding nothing has been changed or added to the facility is discouraging. The place is a decent size for both parents to sit and kids to play. But I would have to agree that the place is only open to take money away from families in the area, who don't have anything to do on a cold winter day. I hope next time we go spend an afternoon at Kid City they have something different added on to the structure(lots of space to add more) or maybe the place is cleaned because it looked like it hadn't been dusted since the first time we had visited which was about two years ago.

Worst place for a birthday party. The food is vile! What 6 year old turns down pizza?!?! Well 3 complete birthday parties did in the past 3 months because I’ve seen cardboard that looked more appetizing to eat. Honestly 2 kids out of nearly 30 ate more than a single bite (and still didn’t come close to eating a half piece)! Save your money and have your food catered or suggest your guests eat prior to coming as having 10 starving 6 year olds who haven’t eaten any lunch are pretty hard to deal with by 2:30. Not to mention it’s dirty! We haven’t been able to escape that place without going into quarantine the next week as we’ve all come down with a new bug. Unless you have ample vacation days left to pull from, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to play

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at Kid City! My family love the atmosphere which is incredibly serene, creating the perfect environment for kids to immerse themselves in various engaging games and activities. The staff is not only attentive but also exceptionally friendly, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the entire experience. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this place prioritizes both fun and safety for children. Our kids had a blast, and we were impressed by the variety of games and interactive exhibits that catered to different age groups. Kid City is undoubtedly a gem for family outings, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others seeking a delightful and kid-friendly environment. Five stars well-deserved!

Update: I just had my daughters 7th birthday party now that covid restrictions and all the pandemic nonsense is over, and once again I was NOT disappointed. When I had my last party here I was quite generous with my review seeing that the new owners at the time had only been there about a week or two. Now two years later they have done AMAZING changes and upgrades that seem to be the perfect fit! Great job Cristen and Amir! Just went to let my daughter have a great time for her birthday and this place is amazing!! They are so great with the precautions for covid and all the necessary distancing!!! Great comfort for play for my little one!

  • Robert Ewald

Kids enjoyed the playing, They had several issues while we were there for a birthday the worst of which was their oven breaking down. Their solution was to offer us 8 hotdogs in lieu of the 2 pizzas we were supposed to have... In the end they agreed to have outside food brought in just not the agreed upon Pizza Hotline. This is the 3rd event we've had there and unfortunately each time was riddled with different disasters. The structures so seem in good repair. The games less so but with the constant struggle to have a positive experience there I'm afraid this will be our last event at this establishment.

  • Nicole Mraovic

Just had my sons birthday party there and it was horrible, I will never make that mistake again . Food was over priced, took forever for the food to come out (30 mins for 3 chicken strips for one example) and it was so hot in the building ! It didn’t even feel like they had the AC on. I had the party indoors this year figuring we would beat the heat being indoors but it was just as hot inside as it was outside. It was actually cooler outside honestly. The staff was friendly enough but that was the only good thing about our experience. Save your money and go somewhere else for party’s .

  • Tyler Liebenau

Very very disappointed in this establishment on my last two visits.. lacking in updates for equipment, no effort in business, staff cleaning apparatus while kids are playing, no staff around to order food for hungry kids and parents cause they are else where. I walked around 5 times looking for staff.. couldnt find anyone.. COMPLETE LACK OF EFFORT IN STAFF AND BUSINESS !!! do not recomend when you have other establishments like hide and seek that BLOW THIS BUSINESS OUT OF THE WATER !!!

  • Chris Struc

While it offered an opportunity to let our child run around and climb it definitely had some drawbacks. The facility lacked any real flow and seemed like they just threw what they could into a space to fill it up. The staff were okay, but don't assume they will be watching over the children to make sure they follow rules. The layout also made it difficult to track where your children are, there were lots of sections that offered obsecured views making supervision difficult.

  • Karlie K

I honestly don't think I will go back here. I had to keep complaining to staff about the older kids in the toddler area who were basically trampling my child..most of the parents were not watching their children and there are no staff in the actual play area to make sure the rules are being followed. There's a six person maximum on the bouncy castle, however every time I looked over there were atleast ten. They definitely need someone supervising the play area.

  • Erica Schenkeveld

Went a birthday party on Saturday and as we were leaving, the owner/manager was yelling at an employee at the front reception area for being on her phone. The manager should NOT have been doing this in front of customers and children. This was VERY inappropriate/uncomfortable. He should have talked to the employee in private about the issue. We have had good experiences here otherwise however, this incident has really turned us off from returning anytime soon.

  • j mck

I like this location better than the one on Century. The structures and other play items seem to be in better repair. Maybe it was because they were newer and the items hadn't worn out yet with repair or replacement. I don't like that they charge adults an entrance fee. They should do what great big adventure does and just charge more for the child and let the adult in free. It does get quite hot in here and doesn't have very good airflow.

  • Audrey D

My son loved coming here. Great place for him to interact with kids. We went on a weekday and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. The play structures and bouncy castle are all in good shape (i.e. no duct tape holding them together). Would like to see the space get a bit of a "face-lift ", as it's kind of bland for what it is. Different carpet, more colorful walls... it could really be so beautiful. We will definitely be back

  • Dan Law

Edited after some thoughts...Small, getting run down and needs some TLC . The new active projector area is neat but the room at the time was in rough shape. They did replace a couch that was in bad shape. The carpets and such make it feel a bit dirty but I think it's just the age. The little one loves it but the structure is really not that great when compared to other options in the city that are way better and same price.

  • Colin Hilding

Couldn't have been happier with our experience today at Kid City. The staff were all super friendly and very attentive. Food was fantastic with lots of options. The entire facility was clean and well kept. Our kids range in levels of energy and physicality, and there was something there to keep all of them happy and engaged to entire time. Looking forward to having their birthday parties here soon.

  • DIY PROJECTS BY GIGI

Pizza was ok, but not the best. The lady told us that she was running out of Cheese, in my opinion, we don't suppose to know it. They are a business for kids with food include. You are not allowed to bring your own food. So, you got 2 option: eat before go there or make your party in another place with better menu (at least better costumer service that Kid City on Archibald Ave)

  • Janet Jensen

Visited Kid City with my sister, friend and our 2 grandchildren. This was our very first time and i can't say enough. The kids had such a great time. We were there from 11 am-3pm and so much to do. Bouncy castle, huge play structure, basketball area, toddler area, slides, air hockey, toys, games, all sorts of food, drinks and snacks. Can't wait to come back. 5 STARS☆☆☆☆☆

  • 04srt4champ

I really enjoy coming here with my one year old, it's cheap, it's fun, it's friendly, has coffee, kids mostly are respectful to my toddler. Pros: clean, toddler area, coin machines, basketball pit, food place, large sitting area, big play structure, friendly, bouncy castle. Cons: Chilly in winter. Recomendations: Big ball pit, Televisions for sitting area, arcade games.

  • Thomas Anderson

It's great here for the kids! The food is average. But IT IS COLD HERE!!! The other kid city is definitely not this cold! Wish they had a camera looking towards the entrance and a tv in the eating area. That area is wide open that your kids can run outside or if something was to happened. Definitely needs an update for security and safety for the children. ‼

  • Hailey F

Had a fabulous birthday party for our 6 year old today :) It was super easy, just show up with cupcakes and everything else is done for you! It’s great to let the kids get out all of their energy too. No cleaning or cooking the facility has recently been updated and it looks great, everyone enjoyed themselves! I would highly recommend it

  • Holistic Dental Hygiene Clinic INC.

This is an excellent family-run business! A great spot to take your kids in for indoor fun adults can use too. Staff are friendly and it's a excellent place to have kids parties with also a canteen for food to be served. I spoke with the owner and they are planning to expand and add on this December a children's physiotherapy clinic.

  • Sydney

My infant son has attended both the drop in hours and classes at Kid City Archibald and has loved attending both classes and drop in hours. It is clean, staff are friendly, areas designated only for infants and toddlers, but are still free to roam the different rooms and structures around facility. The perfect place for children for all ages!!

  • Jack Layer

I've brought my daughter there twice so far and she loves it. The structure is well built, safe and has many courses for the young ones. One staff member who is required to work the kitchen, front admission and cleaning. They could use a 2nd person but I understand the additional cost. Regardless, we will return time and time again! Great job!

  • Mike Kozubski

Went there and it was just an indoor playground, and not in fact a city run by kids. And while my kids wished they could have stayed and lived there, they were not allowed no matter how much I begged or bribed them to. Jokes aside, we had a great time as always and will return many more times until the kids think its uncool.

  • Deserea Bergen

Just had a birthday party there yesterday. Defiantly was stress free. Reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because there prices are so different than what's online. And the pizza for the party was just gross burnt, barely any toppings and flavor less. Almost wanted to ask for a refund. But cared to enjoy the day more.

  • Shenna-ashleigh Henderson

Great place to bring your kids! We usually eat something before we go so we don’t have to buy too much food, and we pack our water bottles! The food is pretty good although it is a bit pricey, hence the eating before we go! All in all, it is so much fun for kids and also parents! Relaxing or a great workout …

  • Cindy M

Had my daughter and nephew's birthday party here. We were treated very well, staff was great. The food was great. The place is very clean. My son is in a wheelchair and uses a full body support walker. We had no issues bringing his equipment in and there was still plenty for him to enjoy. We will be back. Thank you!

  • Mostafa Saad

It is a nice place for kids to have indoor fun specially in cold winter weather. Food is good. My online notice was about the staff which I felt not sufficient to run the place like for example they have an amazing laser room but no one takes care of it. Other than that, it was a nice visit and the kids had fun.

  • James Stewart

Haven't been here in years and it's exactly the same. Kids had a blast on the climbing structure, mini arcade and bouncing castle. Kids should wear socks and comfortable clothes, they will get hot so shorts and a t-shirt are always a good idea. Food is meh, but you cNt bring your own so your stuck.

  • Taylor-Jane Maessen

3/4 of our children ended up in the hospital after catching a bad virus from there. Not worth it, DO NOT GO HERE. They clearly don't clean enough. Edit: We were there for 4 hours and didn't see a staff clean anything once. They are lying 100%. We all got very sick from your facility.

  • Kenneth Masesar

Clean and tidy. Was there for a birthday and lots of room for 30 kids plus parents. They had an area for eating and to lay out food. Staff was friendly. Some rides didnt work. No big deal. Could use a refresh for the padding and the big slide could be more slippery as it was grippy.

  • Nick Kingerski

Even when it was busy and chaotic it's still a large enough place that it's tolerable. The staff was great, food prices were acceptable and the place was a lot of fun. Great for a kids party. The only thing is the parking lot has limited spots and the street parking is only 2 hours.

  • Ambreen Khan

Went with my friend and our infants. All of us had a fun time. The laser room is a wonderful idea and the kids loved it(so did we). Lots of stuff to explore and do. Very reasonable priced including the canteen. Only regret is i dint find this place sooner. Highly recommend!

  • Trevor Barratt

It's a decent kid fun zone. Staff are pretty young and not engaged. Parking is limited. The floor can be quite cold in the winter, so bring warm socks. If you're looking for new, this isn't the place. It looks like it hasn't had much investment in 15 years. But it's fine.

  • Kerry Spence

My kids love kid city. I usually go to the century location by my place. Came to this location twice and it’s pretty clean. It has a separate toddler section which I think is good for young ones. Just a heads up, you can’t bring your own drinks like coffees inside.

  • Jason Lavack

My toddler had fun, but as soon as we got in I was very afraid as there are so many blind spots in the large play structure. YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR CHILDREN. Seems to be very few security measures in place as well, and was most definitely over capacity.

  • Jen Vil

Recently booked this location for a private event and it was great! Awesome venue for a kids birthday. My only complaint would be how hot it is in there. Everyone was hot, the kids especially. They were all sweating like crazy with all the running around they do.

  • Veronika Pupko

Small place, Clean. There's a corner for infants, very nice, lots of developing stuff, all safe, slide and structure for infants. For bigger kids there is a laiser room and they do not care about lack of other things. There is table football and hockey very neet.

  • Nevan Borkowski

Been going there 3 years and my son loved the digital room, now it's been turned into an outdated pin ball machines and arcades area now, prices have gone up when they should have gone down. This place needs alot of huge upgrades. Made some great memories though

  • roadster2014 ?

My grandson loves coming here. He's 2 years old. Bouncy castle, Toddler play area, play structure for the older kids, fozz ball table, air hockey and more. Plenty of space for him to just run around. Great place to bring him to burn off a lot of energy.

  • Vladan Bozic

Great place for kids to get exercise in, especially once it gets cold outside. Clean, friendly, and above expectations when it comes to service -- to the point of engaging closing and opening staff to locate a missing stuffy. Kudos, and keep it up.

  • Krissy P

My kids had fun. It wasn't too busy which was nice. I wish the staff was more attentive. There were older kids getting into mischief, being in the toddler area and areas they weren't supposed to be. and not being very kind to the smaller toddlers.

  • Fawn Fontaine

Love this place, but why take away the video projector game. Like the idea of pinball and arcade games. It's just the projector was the best part, fun for all ages. Plus great for getting engery out. Please bring back and I will change rating.

  • Rachel Cook

The staff are very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The play area is huge and safe, perfect for children to run and climb in! The bathrooms and equipment are cleaned thoroughly. A great place to let children burn off energy in the winter time!

  • Deanearra C

Took my kids there for the first and last time. They caught RSV from lack of sterilizing. The beam room smelt like pee and 2 other little children kept shoving my tiny tot out of the way when she was waiting for a turn to slide.

  • Tobias Recksiedler

When I was younger, my mother had taken me here on multiple occasions. The playplace, while small, was very enjoyable. It was clean, and the birthday room / parties where amazing, and I still remember them despite my young age.

  • James Rockwell

Who knew this place even existed?!? It was great. Our almost 2 year old loved it. I (at 31) also enjoyed it. Foozball, air hockey, bouncy castle, terrible sugary food, a massive jungle gym, random fun and games... All indoors!!

  • crystal seargeant

I take my old foster kids there often when they visit litterly almost across the street from me a little over priced but kids have a good time can add some new stuff in there though , there's alot of space for more activities

  • Gia Nisa

SO DRITY AND DUSTY!! The vibe is way off, claw machines are rigged, and the structure itself it disgusting!! And some kids are influenced by staff their and swear. AND THE SNACKS ARE TO OVER PRICED. DO BETTER. DO NOT GO!!

  • Darwin Hudson

Its a decent place! The staff is pleasant! Please carry a pair of socks if you arent wearing one (because its summer and you are wearing flip flops). They need adults to have socks on their feet while inside the facility.

  • Chelsea Genaille

Kids had a lot of fun, great place for them!! The staff were really nice, and it was so clean!! Definitely coming back! The only thing was the food was a little to expensive. Take them out to eat before or after you go.

  • K Jon

We were here for a birthday party for our kid. The staff was nice and facilities were fine. There are multiple options for party packages, all reasonably priced. Definitely a good way to have kids burn off some energy.

  • Amanda Matthews

I had not come here since before the pandemic and I have to say the renovations/upgrades here are very nice! Things were clean and in good condition and it was much less busy than other places in the city.

  • Karen Miller

Excellent place for kids to play. They never seem to get bored. Great for a wide range of ages. Wonderful staff and very clean. Weekends are very busy but weekdays are quiet there is a mon-thurs discount.

  • Ant Fermic

I would give it 5 stars if the business could improve the lighting. Some areas are very dark. Especially bouncy castle and around the two long slides off the play structure. Need more lighting! Thank you

  • Adam T

Had a kids bday party here and it was easy and fun! Setup & take down were taken care of so we were able to run and play with the kids. Worst part was trying to get them all back out the door at the end.

  • Mike Reling

Great place to take the grandchildren to run off some steam when the weather is being un-cooperative. Clean place. Friendly staff. Food is reasonably priced and tasted good. Can get quite busy at times.

  • keith anderson

Great place to play with the kiddos and let them run around. Arcades are alright (a bit over priced), but the bounce house, mini climbing wall, and large play area were great. Friendly staff. Worth it.

  • Charmaine Crewson

Had a great time there today with my almost 1 yr old. He was walking around as fast as his legs could go! I enjoyed a slush puppie. Good pricing. Friendly lady who works there! Thanks for the good day!

  • Sofiya Hrytsko

Absolutely love everything about it! Will definitely come again and again. We're planning on coming on my brother's 2nd birthday soon!! People are so friendly and helpful there! Everything is clean!

  • Michael Kuzma

The kids have fun but it seems to be a cramped space. The food isn't the greatest by any stretch but the employees are friendly and courteous. Too noisy for me though. I'm just getting old.

  • THE NORM

At noon time there was only three other children which I liked it wasn't too busy and my boy had the run of the place. He had a great time, wore himself out and look forward to going back.

  • dannis maxwell

very nice people very helpful clean place it was really fun and cheap price they added a arcade with fun games if you are looking for a place to take the kids and them have fun this is it

  • James Houston

Little dude had a blast. I feel maybe one medium sized structure could be needed to transition from toddler to preschool play structures. Didn't have any food so cannot comment on that.

  • Lilllers

Lots for kids to do here. Bouncy castle, play gym, virtual games and a toddler area give it a nice variety of activities. A little hard to keep track of your kids because it's so large.

  • Lydia Penner

What a great place to take kids out to play and interact with other kids. It is clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. A pleasure to spend hours of fun time with the little ones.

  • Bryshia Trudeau

We always have a wonderful time when we come! This location is perfect for us. Staff is always friendly and I find the price to be reasonable low compared to other indoor play places!

  • Brady Gale

So impressed with this place. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and organized. Everything was in fantastic shape and safe. Would give more stars if I could.

Nice roomy place for kids and adults. They have a bouncy castle, toddler toys, light show room, court to play with balls, air hockey table and obstacle course and play structures.

Kid city was just fantastic for the kids to burn off energy. We just had a private birthday party and the staff were extremely friendly and so very helpful. A++++ for everything

Great place to kill time and tucker out the kid. Only complaint is it is so damn hot in there. Could use some air circulation. Great price. Clean. Can't go wrong coming here.

  • Lynn Duff

Great place to host kids parties close to home. The kids get to play and burn off all their energy, and I didn't have to do anything but send out invites and bring the cake!

  • Gaurav Dhadwal

Awesome place for kids. It's indoor therefore one of the best places for kids in winters. $15 for kids admission. Parking isn't an issue as well. Great experience overall.

We have been to kids city a few times with birthdays etc. The cleanliness in the climbing areas is not the highest quality. Whether it be bodily fluids or food related.

  • Victoria Coghill

Great place for kids to play. I thought it was cold in there, and the cafe attendants weren't around very much. I'd go back if I had a sweater, blanket and slippers.

Booked for a private function. Was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great staff and very happy with everything they did for us. Thanks to Amir and his staff.

Nice and clean facility. Could use a few more slides or other play structures but for the price, pretty good place for kids to play. My son had lots of fun.

This place is pretty cool, but definitely not setup as good as it could be. It worked for a random stop with little kids, not so much for the big kids.

  • D'Arcy Munro

It was nice, the girl that worked there was nice, my daughter had trouble climbing alot of the spots so I had to go up. Good for kids 4 and up forsure.
