Got locked out of my car around 5pm and I called this place. I informed the agent the model and year of my car. I asked for an estimate to open my car door and the agent wouldn’t tell me. The technician arrived after 40 mins and he charged me $180 to open my car door (took 3 mins). I felt it was very unprofessional to not even provide an estimate of how much they would charge before hand. After the service, another agent called to ask about my service. I told them I didn’t know the price until the technician arrived and the agent told me the technician comes up with the price when he arrives at the scene and hung up. She didn’t even give me a chance to respond.
Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t have left a review but they sent me an obnoxious text requesting a review. Long story short I wasted 20 minutes trying to get a key made and nothing happened. Inserted key. Swiped credit card. Waited and watched while the machine tried to make a key and unsold me continuously for 10 minutes or so then said “something went wrong” - I hope I get a refund for the horribly overpriced keys. $9 or so for something that true value could have done for $1.99. Stay away!!
This worked great! I went to Kroger to get food late T night and I needed a new key anyways so I decided to try it because it was right there and the price was good it was $40 and I got a discount so it was around $30 plus tax. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and I said why not hope it works. Got it in the mail a week later and tried it out it’s works awesome ! Nice to have spare. This is a brilliant idea!
It was simple to have the key made. It was also fast and efficient. Then when we went home to try and make sure that they key would work, it did so perfectly. Many times when you have keys made they can be a little off (the ridges), but not this key, it fit like a glove. I will definitely use them in the future for any other keys that need to be made.
Guy who helped me was nice and the wait time wasn't too long (less than 2 hours). But the cost! I was quoted $80-$120 when i called and they charged me $170. My car was parked at home. Had I been accurately quoted, I could've bought the tools with next day shipping and opened the door myself for less money.
I received 4 different calls after my initial call in each time telling me that I have to wait for the technician to call to give a quote and each time that I agreed to an appt time they called again afterwards with different information. Just eventually cancelled because they were running me in circles.
Pricing was not what I expected and I think it could have been cheaper since it is self service. But overall good quality and the keys worked when I got home. I would use again because I do appreciate the convenience. Thank you.
Good customer service, and the technician who came out was absolutely fabulous! I just needed an older style key fob programmed, and it took less than five minutes.
Love the process! Stick your key in slot without removing from key ring!! I have finger nails, so this saved for ripping key off ring!!
Fast shipping, easy process and key fit perfect! Will be using again.
I was refunded in time when the first key had a default
Very easy to use and fast response.
