I locked my keys in my truck and called for service. I was told at least $29 sevice fee and that the technician would give me a quote when he arrived . The technician arrived and didn't give a quote and was quick to unlock the door. Then the tech said that he didn't know the prices and said that it would be on the invoice from the sevice company. 2 min later i got an email saying that I owe $421.00. I was surprised and felt like I got scammed. I told the tech. That I wasn't paying $421. And after calling and talking to the service company they discounted it to $275. I still feel like I got scammed into paying way more then I should have . I would have never excepted their service if they were clear on price . Nothing but greed on their price And dishonest.If anyone uses this company make sure you get a price before they touch your property. I paid at least 200 dollars for that lesson

From my experience, I felt like I did not get the best customer service then and now, and the price was unreasonable (Over $200). They also did not give me a price until they got there. The locksmith got there twenty-five minutes after he said he’d be there, but he said there was traffic. The positive aspect of the situation is the locksmith got it open in less than 2 minutes or so. But the price of gaining entry wasn’t the best at all so I’d recommend checking prices with other locksmiths. All in all, it was an okay experience, not terrible. Hopefully, I’m not in this situation again, but if I am, I will not use their services again.

They first didn’t tell me the cost. This was my bad. Secondly, when he got here he was rude by insisting where he was going to park. I told him I will be fined if he parked there. He did move after I showed him the available space. Third, he told me It was going to be $129.00 Just to unlock my door. After telling him that I was not going to pay that price he dropped It to $85.00 just to drill a hole in the key chamber. How he came up with $85.00 i don’t know. I still think this was way over priced especially when I had to remove the whole lock itself. I would not recommend this service to anyone or ever use them again.

Don't use these guys. They are way overpriced. Literally double the price of any other. Do a quick search for anyone else. My wife was locked out of our house while I was out of town. Wouldn't give a price till the tech showed up in his Porsche. Seems like they prey on unfortunate situations. On top of that he didn't even come prepared.

Used this website to book a non emergency simple unlock job and they send me some scam company that charged $500 for 15 minutes of work. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

$425 for the lock to be unlocked and replaced, was not quoted until everything was done. absolutely unreal price gouging, go literally anywhere else if you can.

Fast copying. As the kiosk said there was some rough bits left after cutting but smoothed out after a couple of uses in the lock. 100% satisfied.
