I arrived to Kenilworth bowls two weeks ago to try it out as I never played on all weather previously. The first person I met there was Brendan Fairbrother.I have to say he was very welcoming , friendly and informative about the club.I' ve met and played with a number of members and found them very friendly, up for the craic as well as being competitive of course. The pint in the bar is very good too I must say!I will be joining Kenilworth as a member in January 2022 and I'm really looking forward to it.

This is a great club to visit with its artificial and grass greens, not to mention the warm friendly hospitality. The artificial green ran a little slow but it is just the beginning of the season. Spotted a Maori Waka Trophy which was for the NZ Bowling Tour 1997 (left side of the bar when facing it). Kenilworth and New Zealand go back a long way. If only this club was on the northside I'd be a member for sure. Looking foward to more visits if I can.
