Looked up Katies store at Colonnades on Katies own website, drove down to the shopping centre, walked up and down looking for the store. Finally asked the centre help desk if the store is actually still in the centre only to find it closed some time ago, and there’s actually only three Katies stores left in SA, none of which are anywhere near Noarlunga. I went into another store owned by the same head office brand to check and see if I could by any chance return my online purchase there, no luck, which was fine, and the lady in there couldn’t have been nicer. But this is hugely disappointing from Katies. Their sizing is now wildly hit and miss and their website is desperately outdated in terms of information.

The clothing they have is getting more expensive. The bed clothing & slippers have changed colour from a light purple to a light pink. Yuk! Would like to see more gift items on their shelves,like more canine blank cards. What about having hand knitted doggie coats made out of Alpaca wool? I have a quite collection of knitting patterns for doggie coats.

I have had the same experience. Found Katies at Noarlunga Colonnades listed on their web site and on Google Maps so I headed over there to return some things only to find it has been closed down, quite a while ago it seems! It would be extremely helpful if they would update their web site and Google Maps.

disgusted in Katie's. to recieve the discounts you have to become a member. why put your things on sale for $25 but you have to sign up in order to receive that sale. I had $200 worth of clothing in which I didn't purchase with having to sign up. you lost a sale.
