I didn't have the best experience with Katie's Salon which surprised me because it had such good reviews. I asked for long layers and tried to show her a picture of what I wanted, but ended up leaving with much shorter layers and a haircut that looked nothing like the picture I showed. She told me that's the way she does it and a lot of people like it. I was also surprised when I went to pay and was told it was cash only (there was no indication of this before paying). When I asked about this she said she didn't want me to pay with debit/credit because she would get taxed for it.

ZERO STAR. I go for a 1pm appointment only to be ignored for 15 mins . I asked someone to call Katie ( blond woman). She asks me to wait 1 hour. So she would have been a no show. No phone call nothing if I didn't ask to call her. WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I AM SO ANGRY. AVOID THIS PLACE. FULL OF SNOBS AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS SITTING WAITING. DON'T BOTHER CALLING YOU IF THEY WILL BE LATE. BEWARE. Better places to go.

I went to Katie's Hair Salon for the first time yesterday. Elena was the lovely/friendly lady who cut my hair. I showed her a photo of how I wanted it cut short and thinned out. Elena was amazing, she cut and thinned my hair in a timely manner and gave me a stylish look. I will differently make her my hair salon specialist and the price is right.

Our hairdresser, Renata, moved here and we followed her. My daughters & I love her! She is amazing! One of the pics of long blonde beachy waves is my daughter! The beachy waves done by Renata and my daughters love them! We highly recommend Renata - she's kind, down to earth, listens to what we want, etc, etc. Thank you Renata!

Katie was able to fit me in today and after a disasterous cut a couple months ago, she had her work cut out for her. I am positive that I have found someone to replace my retired hairdresser. I have very thick, course hair and I know it can be difficult, but Katie did an amazing job.

First time visiting this Salon and had the best experience with Katie! She is so sweet and provides great service. My hair looked and felt so nice after my wash/style and the products she used in my hair smelt amazing. I can’t wait to visit again, thank you Katie …

What a wonderful experience. Andrea is my hair stylist and she is amazing at her craft. I've been to so many salons and have never had a good experience until I met Andrea. She listens and make her own professional suggestions and makes magic happen

My hair dresser just started here so I would follow her anywhere. Very nice inside with lots of parking. Could be more accessible to a wheel chair though. No bars in the bathroom although it is large enough. Great wash station and very clean.

Katie is a wonderful hair stylist and I have trusted her to cut my hair several times. She is very professional and is very good at what she does. I appreciate the time she takes with my hair to ensure it's just the way I want it.

Katie never disappoints! She did a wonderful job With my hair and my confidence. Sue showed me what my brows would look like with micro blading, and will definitely go for that service as well. What an amazing salon!

I went here after scheduling an appointment for highlights, she was ready on time and didn’t seem rushed. Katie also did my hair well and took her time even styling it all for $120!
