If I could give a 10 star review I would. I am speechless at the service Denise and her people have provided. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a nearby restaurant as a surprise for my sister's 60th birthday last night - which I couldn't attend because of a lockdown in Melbourne. Sadly, the flowers never arrived. That's okay. Things happen. I contacted Denise and then was privileged, grateful and astonished to see the culture of her business at work. This was the conversation we had: Is your sister still in Brisbane? Yes. Where is she? Having breakfast at a cafe. I will go into work (when they are shut!) and make her some flowers and deliver them myself. What? Seriously. Totally wowed. Sure enough, with the help of my other sister, the surprise was maintained, and the flowers arrived along with something extra as an apology. I cannot thank you enough Denise. I am so very grateful. I have NEVER received this sort of service, and it shows what sort of person you are (WONDERFUL) and the sort of business you run (AMAZING). I will be forever grateful to you. Next time I am in Brisbane (soon I hope!), I will come and visit you to say thank you in person.

I always buy beautiful Asian Lillies that last and last, as they're so fresh. There is a gift shop full of gorgeous Australian family business - made candles, stunning Australian artist - designed teatowels, cloth pot holders, live plants, China pots etc. It's a great addition to our area having Lynne & Michelle's florist.
