ALERTE pour les gens qui voudraient faire confiance à cette compagnie, ma copine devait déménager le 25/02/2023 vers sa nouvelle adresse à 14h. Vers midi, Kang Movers nous appellent pour nous dirent qu'ils seront en retard de 1h30 ! Ils arrivent finalement vers 15h20 sans vraiment s'excuser puis commencent à déménager les meubles jusqu'à environ 17h30. Un peu lent mais le travail est fait. On se dirige vers la nouvelle adresse. Les messieurs transportent les meubles dans le nouvel appartement jusqu'à environ 19h30. Il reste 3 appareils electro : machine à laver, sécheuse et poêle. On nous demande de payer pour finaliser. Nous sommes un peu surpris car généralement le paiement se fait à la fin mais nous acceptons. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé le service un peu lent et nous n'avions pas été content du retard de 1h30 des déménageurs (finir le déménagement dans le froid et la nuit ...). Nous avons essayé de négocier un rabais (1h de main d'œuvre sur les 5,5h facturées) pour que ce soit équitable car les déménageurs ont fait le travail mais nous n'étions pas satisfait. Ces messieurs n'ont pas voulu et sont partis avec nos meubles !!!! Impossible de négocier avec le patron qui nous comptait 50$ de plus par jour de stockage, en nous textant la nuit parfois à 5h du matin pour nous le rappeler. Nous avons essayer de négocier en payant une fois que les électroménagers seraient de retour chez nous mais le patron n'a rien voulu savoir, il fallait envoyer l'argent avant la livraison. Comment avoir confiance quand des déménageurs partent avec vos électros ? Résultats nous n'avons pas pu cuisiner pendant quelques jours, Uber coûte très cher. D'autant plus que nous avons un bébé de 4 mois, qui a besoin de manger et de vêtements propres, le stress de retrouver des appareils électros qui fonctionnent correctement car beaucoup d'escrocs sur Marketplace... De se faire livrer les électros... Un enfer ... Ils nous ont promis de revenir plusieurs mais ne sont jamais revenu jusqu'au samedi 11 mars ou ils sont revenus car probablement ils avaient besoin d'argent. Après avoir sorti les électros du camion devant chez nous, ils nous ont demandé de payer puis ils sont partis sans même monter les trois électros au 2eme étage de notre appartement. Je vous laisse imaginer le calvaire pour monter trois électros avec un bébé qui pleure et le stress de faire tomber un des électros sur nous dans les escaliers. TRES mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie, incapacité de négocier un prix qui nous semblait injuste malgré le fait que nous étions prêt à 14h précise. Le patron n'en veut qu'a son argent. Prêt a facturer 50 dollars de plus par jour et vous harceler. Un déménagement lent peut se justifier par le fait que les déménageurs font attention aux objets, mais pour un retard c'est inacceptable, puis le vol des électros encore moins. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Attention aux avis positifs 5 étoiles car ce sont probablement des connaissances du patron ... PS: les murs du premier appartement ont été très abimés par les déménageurs, le propriétaire l'a constaté également. J'ai des photos mais je les mettrai pas. Pour répondre à votre commentaire, ne me faites pas dire ce que je n'ai jamais dis , je n'ai jamais eu de propos de racistes ou de manque de respect envers vos employés, cela s'appelle de la diffamation. En ce qui concerne le retard, je ne suis pas responsable de ce qui se passe avant mon déménagement qui a eu lieu a 14h. Il aurait fallu prévoir cela de votre côté. Mieux vous organiser avec la personne précédente en estimant le volume horaire. Si le précédent déménagement avait terminé à 17 h vous seriez quand même venu faire notre déménagement ? Auriez-vous annulé ? Même si notre appartement devait être occupé par les prochains locataires avec tous nos meubles ? Il y a visiblement quelque chose qui m'échappe. Bien sur, vous avez retiré une heure de travail car vous n'avez pas monté les trois éléctro, je comprends bien mais ce n'est pas ce que nous avions compromis. Comment imaginez-vous que l'on puisse déplacer les meubles dans des escaliers?

Last summer, my two children and I paid 1200 dollars for moving a family of three for seven hours. I decided because the reviews were better than other places, but I regret it so much. Two young Indian friends were kind, but they were slow at work and had no sense of responsibility. The move eventually started at 5 p.m. and only finished 1a.m. I had already picked it up, but once I went down to the truck, I couldn't see it, so even though there was a reserved elevator, it took a lot of money and time, and the children and I were so sick that we couldn't move for three days after moving. If I move next time, I'd rather use U-haule. I couldn't feel any convenience. The $400 chest of drawers was removed and dragged down to the second floor, but it didn't work and didn't work, so I had to throw it away again. I might be the only one who had a bad experience. If someone wants to move here, it would be good to get an estimate in advance and make a decision.

KANG MOVERS ARE SCAMMERS, THE WORST MOVERS IN MONTREAL. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They were supposed to move our bedroom set today, we had sent them a video of everything and they confirmed. This morning the guy said we have to pay an extra $150 because he didn't see that there is a cupboard, which was clearly in the video and explained in the messages. He canceled on us just few hours before. Don't use them if you are planning to move because they will mess everything up. Just warning you

These young lads moved my Daughter June 29, 2022 and did an awsome job.. Just so you understand my credentials I worked as a solution architect for a major IT outfit. My role for the last 20 years was to provide my clients with Data Center Relication solutions. I have moved huge data centers with literally hundreds of servers So I know moving and movers. I would not hesitate to use these guys for apartment type moves.. They will get the job done professionally and without breaking the bank.

They were super cool as if they are my friends since old times, they took care of my things and they stood near even when things were done just so they can be sure, they accept suggestions and any different way of doing things, so they listen nicely to the customer, I vote 100%, What a Tailored nice experience.
