Graveyard and Crematorium, side by side, for both Hindus and Christians. For Hindus there are 2 sheltered sheds are available for cremation using fire wood. Whereas, remaining area is for burial, a lot of Tombstones are constructed over grave, in varied design and architecture, to suit and showcase culture, as well to depict the love and affection of their kin about the deceased. Here there is a Temple dedicated to Kaali. Even some of the construction of tombstones are similar to a small temple. It is very common sighting that relatives of deceased cleaning, washing their kin's tombstone, performing Pooja, paying obeisance, distributing something or other to the needy, ... On many tombstones, especially just after entering graveyard, one can see localites sitting on them, chatting at each other, even reading news paper sitting on them, eating something which has been offered by the kins after performing pooja, etc. This is one aspect, which rules out fear, most of us have about graveyard, and associated stories..., infact, to rule out all these, there are many families residing permanently settled inside graveyard, it is very surprising to witness their small small kids playing all around those tombstones.

Yeah graveyard is might be heaven or hell. Depending on your destiny and karma. As for a review purpose and a terror of fear place among in Bengaluru, it excited me so much to visit there. As i respect all religions and didn't want to crossover any guidelines. So i visited for experience. I get to know about various points regarding construction of graveyard i.e. 5% of site landscaping services including gazebo, signboard and decorate the cementary. Thats why I Spent good time in peace and got amazed by seing huge no. Of dogs and trees too.

Very expensive for wood one..pandits are looting in the name of rituals...the officials are currupt asks for money even after having all relevant documents..they dont put proper details in official papers and later bbmp guys reject while applying for death certificate and emotionally down person has to bang his head here and there to get things done. They have made a person's death and there family member's greif a joke. Giving three stars for the place and its better maintainance for now.

Online booking takes less than 5 minutes. Well maintained with 2 electric furnaces. Christian burial and Hindu crematorium in same location. The site is located parallel to the railway line. The approach is from Baiyappanhalli-Maruthi Sevanagar railway gate which can be clogged with traffic during peak hours. The cemetery can also be reached from Jayabarath Nagar behind ITC Complex. There is enough space to park 20 cars.

Online booking available for cremations. Its near to old bypanahalli(Kathalipalya), Bengaluru. The Cemetery is quite big and quite well maintained. Both Hindu and Christian Cemetery. It is advised to leave before sunset as Kalpalli Cemetery comes under most haunted place in India.

Me and my friend visited this place as a result of it being haunted( we heard so) . It is a very peaceful place and very big too. During the late evening it has an eerie atmosphere and the chillness in the air is clearly felt.

It has electric machine as well as wooden brining facility. But management is too crupt here, original fee is 250, but they ask for bribe 2000-5000 , Also pandit charges 8000-10000 ... Too much ..... Disappointed

This is very good cemetery with all facilities. I feel very satisfied for being cremated here. That's why I couldn't resist myself to review this place from heaven. May God bless all!!

I reached here at 6 pm on 4th of July. Thought to stay still 12 am but it started to rain. We will know the value of a people only when they are gone. Hoping to die together.

Has a big Christian cemetery, along with other big burial grounds, plus an electric crematorium normally used by Hindus. Isolated, scary... Facilities need to improve.

Well, as far as cemeteries go, it's one of the cleaner ones. They've recently set up another covered pooja platform outside to perform the last rites.

This Roman Catholic cemetery is maintained by St Francis Xavier Cathedral. One of the biggest cemetery for the Catholics in the city.
