A detailed review, we got connected with “Kaleidoscope” through one of our common friends here in Bhartiya city. Though I was little skeptical to go ahead with them but my husband was convinced considering that they are a start up, would have urge to complete such a big project diligently and deliver efficiently plus Surabhi was also staying here in BC so we thought that is an added advantage. Their designer was ok and we started with good terms hoping to have our dream home ready as soon as possible. Once when we visited the flat, we got a shock upon seeing the TV unit, it was covering the whole wall but still they were trying to justify it, apparently, they hadn’t taken measurements properly. Master bedroom false ceiling was totally out of line with the bed etc etc.This is when we realized that we need to closely monitor it and started visiting. So basically, we had to go visit and find out the issues and report to them for which we had already paid them and advance payments were made. Also at the pretext of covid their workers were staying in the apt and we agreed on compassionate ground, little did we know that Mr. Alok Gupta is just trying to take as much advantage as he can by making them work for other projects, make them stay in our apt without having any worry of any worker leaving and our project was getting delayed. Rather than asking their people not to utilize the entire house, keep it clean, everyone had occupied one room, one portable gas cylinder and the bathroom, not to mention the damages done to the bathrooms (Which Alok was supposed to fix but didn’t). Our brand new marble flooring gone for a toss, in a very bad position and they took the money from us for deep cleaning and even though we reminded them several times to get it done but at the time of taking handover they said np we will get it done and it has been 8 months since the handover and nothing has happened. The best response from Alok “Ho jaayega sab” but that “Ho Jaayega” never happens. There were multiple workmanship issues, no quality check done. Imagine they forgot to put laminate sheets in two of the wardrobes, Fire detector was missing in one of the bedrooms, they didn’t know how to put fan on top of false ceiling, and they boasted about their quality checks. We were really patient with them but when we tried to follow up for so many open issues, they had the audacity to block us everywhere with no means of reaching them. Alok is highly egoistic and has no knowledge of the groundwork, Surabhi has little eye to interior work but she verbally promises to get things done but ultimately nothing happens as most of the times shes away and they both think that Interior works can be done remotely. There was a time when I was not in town and came to know that a big hoarding/Banner has been put by them for their marketing purposes on my terrace and Mr. Alok didn’t even have the courtesy to inform or take permission. He literally used our apt as his own One such scenario our dinning lights which were good branded ones ( As per them) came falling which obviously is very risky and surabhi had mentioned to get it rectified but still nothing happened. Apparently, they have put De Décor fabric for our furniture, but we don’t have anything like warranty for any fixtures so how can I know what kind of stuff they have used. It is not even one year and the branded lights are going off, Laminates chipping, fixtures coming out. They have taken lakhs of money but the workmanship and dealing with the customer has been very poor. Though I felt very bad writing this review as no one wants to have any grudges while being in their dream home but I think people like Alok their conscience allows them to stoop to this level. They both have tried to manipulate us emotionally (yes you read it right) by telling their personal problems and taking advantage of the situation on compassionate grounds. May karma behold them and it will for sure. I hope and Pray that Alok goes back to his corporate world so that they don’t get any further opportunity to cheat anyone else.

Like most of us I hoped to find interiors consultant who would help me realize my vision with my flat. As I knew I would be renting out my space, I wanted someone to help me make the most of minimalistic and essential fixtures with the least amount of back and forth but highest level of professionalism. Received amazing service from Kaleidoscope team. I turned to them after disappointing service delivery and tenant move-in execution from a proptech unicorn player. I and my tenant were left stranded when tenant move-in was not planned properly and we were waiting for rent agreement in the morning of tenant’s move-in date. Give I do not reside in India made I even more troublesome with the time difference. As Kaleidoscope came in, they swiftly executed a AMC for my property and took over the tenant onboarding in my flat. Made the tenant comfortable and addressed all the challenges they faced - given they were moving into a not cleaned up property (thanks to incumbent) and utility services were not operational. They even sent a goodies pack to the tenant and won them over. Overall I am really impressed with the diligent and effective team work performed by Kaleidoscope team and already taking comfort in the fact that they are there to manage my property going forward. Definitely recommend them to non resident Bangaloreans wanted to get hassle free property management.

I involved Kaleidoscope during the handover process itself, as I had to fly back immediately. Alok (owner) set up virtual meetings to create and finalize the design, made genuine recommendations and helped me out of way to coordinate with the building manager to quickly begin and complete the interiors well within the agreed timeline. He involved his team (Shreya) to start the property renting process and I don’t believe that I already had a tenant within a couple of days soon after the interiors were done, altogether less than 30 days, which was totally a delight. The overall process was super professional and well organized, involved checkpoint reviews, approval process, etc. which ensured transparency in the end to end process. I purchased an under construction property back in 2017 and by the time when possession was given in early 2020 I was already living out of India. I was planning a visit to finish registration, interiors and rental process. Covid happened and now I wasn't sure that I will be able to go to India and finish everything in time & smoothly.
