Newly refurbished so was a nice store. Just a pity the service wasn’t. Ordered on the screen and went and waited an waited an waited. Eventually we got our meal but when we sat down we had items missing. Went to the counter to wait yet again to be told there was no rice boxes (which we paid for) no charger sauce (which is why we order the charger meal) there was no milk for my tea (so couldn’t drink it) and it was only half a cup full anyway. Our ice cream was served with our meal so by the time we ate our hot stuff the ice creams had melted quite a bit to which we then had to try and eat with a spork as no spoons was available. We wasn’t offered any alternatives or a partial refund on the missing items. Staff just stared at me an shrugged about the missing stuff. Staff member took my receipt an binned an said she couldn’t retrieve it back out the bin. So lost out on my points. Shop wasn’t that busy inside, I’ve seen busier shop. Very disappointed ☹️ don’t think I’ll be using or recommending this store again.

We visited Liverpool earlier in the week and stopped here for a bite to eat before leaving for North Wales. Firstly we ordered 2 x Krushems with our meals at a premium of £1.49 each on top. Once our order was called we where told they where not available and that we could change or drink selection to the standard pepsi , tango ect. We where not keen on this and asked for the money back in which we where told we couldnt as it was too late. After sitting down disappointed i then noticed my 1 piece chicken tender was missing , after having to que for around 5 mins this was then given to me and i returned to my cold meal. Once sat i then found again i was missing the garlic buttermilk dip that was supposed to be on my boneless banquet. Overall left very disappointed and will not be returning.

ordered a meal with a friend off just eat. After getting ready to eat found that a meal was missing. rang up to find what what happened. was given a code and asked to go into KFC to collect it. upon arrival the woman at the till asked have I got a problem which came off as more hostile even if it wasn't ment to be. explained that my meal wasn't included in the delivery showing her the recipt and the code I was given written on the back. was given the explanation of we have none of that meal in at the minute so I will need to go on just eat and get a refund. I waited to see if there was anything she may of offered since i had to go in and waste my time to come out with nothing. only to find that she was pretty much done. so I pretty much left. Will not be going back to edge lane KFC from this point on, other family members have had issues with the particular KFC. would give a lower score if possible even a minus star if that ever became an option.

This is not the first time we have had a negative visit to this particular restaurant. For a start there was no gravy. This is unacceptable. We ordered 2x Two Piece Variety boxes with Pepsi as the drink. The staff are complacent and at times rude. The original recipe chicken was soggy, whereas the hot wings were obviously overcooked. For example, it was hard to get any chicken off the bone. There was also a high level of grease in the bag to the point the salt sachets were unusable. I found my chips to be undercooked and stuck together. As well as this, the drinks were nowhere near filled to the right level. To this end, we will not be returning to this restaurant lest it happen again. If this had been the first time we had encountered grievances here our opinion may be different but alas we find the end product to be insufficient to facilitate the price and journey time.

I have a child with autism so I am unable to enter the building as she does not get out of the vehicle. The assistant with blue tinted hair (so sorry I didn't get your name!) has been unbelievably supportive when for technical reasons the drive-thru has been closed. She has gone out of her way on a number of occasions to help me and support my daughter in getting her beloved hot-wings! Can't tell you how much this means to a parent of a child with special needs, the lady immediately understood my dilemma and has made it possible for my little girl to get her lunch. Please pass on this feedback, she is a credit to your company. I now avoid all other branches and only use Edge Lane. Well done!!!

I'm very sorry to say it was a horrible experience. We had a long journey ahead of us, from Liverpool to Oxford .We were looking forward to some food before the journey. We walked in and ordered our food. But if we had looked around first,we would not have ordered anything. It was filthy. Nearly all the tables had left over food and empty containers on them. We got a table and had to clean it ourselves. All the bins were overflowing. And I mean over flowing. Full trays all round them and food and containers on the floor. Food wasn't great. Chips tasted like they were overdone. Toilets were filthy.Overall, sorry to say it was the worst KFC I was ever in.

Not happyWe can into the drive-thru to order bargain bucket and extras. The lady called Amy kept saying 'is that it? ' all the time and I kept saying 'wait a minute while we decide'. There was nobody in the queue except us. I said we will come in, so my wife and I went in but Amy began arguing and saying she had put the order through and couldn't change it. My wife said 'why can't you just open another order for the extras we want?' Amy was very angry and customer focus was nil.THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Good customer service is pleasing the customer! Amy is arrogant and has as much customer focus as an ant! She needs training on customer focus as she obviously needs some. All we wanted was more time to order...

Ordered meal on just eat asking for x1 boneless box meal may of well have given us the bones too literally got hardly no chips, chicken was next to nothing, side order of rice was dry to cinder and the pop corn chicken had hardly any of. Next got a x4 fillet chicken meal. Got the fillets right but the chips there was nothing much of and the popcorn chicken was again next to nothing. We added extra hot wings didn’t get them, etc 2 pieces of chicken didn’t get them and also didn’t get no cookies that were on the order. Apart from all that it was brilliant. (Sarcasm) Come on KFC it’s meant to be fast food you’ve got it written down on a ticket of what needs to be sent out. Seriously appalling delivery service.

Spent £35.64 here on friday night. Asked them is the order definately correct. Was told yes its correct. When i got home 4 of the box meals came with small fries when i paid for large. Kfc Always gets the order wrong. Too busy with delivery orders and drivers. I told them whilst i was there that last week i used the drive thru and was 4 hot wings missing and thats why i have come in tonight to be served instead of using the drive thru. I asked do i get my hot wings. He said he would check with the manager and then came back and said no its too late as it was a week ago. Arrived at 10pm, 15.07.22 ordered our food chose to sit in, got our food sat down and the girl shouted over at us "we're closed" I mean.... hur?? We were so confused, then she locked the front door people couldn't get out and a customer was trying to leave but she went into the back and had to go through the fire exit, it was so awkward!! Says on the website open till 11pm... and why let us choose the option to sit in, was so unpleasant as we could see her just staring at us and slagging us off. The food was lovely though! And the lad who was cleaning (Simion) was lovely and wished us a good night when we left (at 10.30) just that blonde girl who made it such an unpleasant experience, so will not go back.

I had to give 1 star in order to write the review, otherwise wouldn't have given any stars. Each time we order through Just Eat, there is always something missing, this time has been the worst, no pepsi, no popcorn chicken, no mash and no gravy, complete waste of money,. When you try to ring you can never get through, should have realised really as they even mess up the drive through orders, so what happens to the items not delivered and the money paid, who benefits ? Don't know what other KFC"s are like, do not visit the Edge Lane branch, it's the last time we order anything from there.

Had a long wait before being served, not many staff available, those who were there were running around like headless chickens doing whatever they were doing. Lots of amenities not available, chicken was limited to thighs and drumsticks only. Had to wipe and clean the table and chairs ourselves before w e could sit to eat as staff only seem to arrive for work after 1pm (seen them coming in). Only saving grace was the quality of the food - hot and tasty, even though chicken was limited to thighs and drumsticks only.

My 4 year old grandson loves KFC. We had been out all day, and we were passing. He asked if he could go to KFC and not MCD over the road. My husband, myself, and my grandson really enjoyed our meal, and as it was quite at that time of day, he was able to run around until we left. KFC amazing as always

1.24 min wait!!! Absolutely disorganised place! Staff is standing backwards to customers to avoid explaining delays. There is a poster in shop saying that there are continuously delayed! Staff stands and waits for 1 order to be completed, will not start preparing other orders. Front Staff doesn't help at the back of the kitchen. Zero management of time and task allocation. Place is dirty and girl serving uber was rude to thrn. Do not uber eat order here. Guys been waiting around the tables as long as walk ins. AVOID!!!

Great location for me to stop off at after leaving Liverpool centre. Parking feels a little tight and could be tricky at busier times but on my visit it was not a problem. The food was great, freshly prepared and warm but did take a little longer than I expected to be ready. I was going to give a 4 star review for the above highlighted negatives but I was pleased to see how promptly and quickly the team served two on duty emergency service staff that entered while I was waiting. Well done.

Food is standard for KFC but the staff really don't like people, they sighed when people came in, like it was an inconvenience for customers to come in. I watched a woman get her order, something was wrong with it, she kept trying to get someones attention but they purposely kept their heads down and avoided making eye contact so she gave up and walked away.

Card machine wasn’t working in drive through, so the sign said pay inside. Doors were locked and weren’t allowed in. 5minutes waiting outside we were told we wouldn’t be allowed in to pay inside. Went to nearest cash machine that charges for withdrawals. Went back, sat at the window until anyone noticed to take our order, to then find out they were out of pretty much everything whilst the staff were eating and drinking the rest of their food :)

Did try the drive through but virtually no movement or service being offered. As is the case now the place is clogged with just eat type delivery drivers collecting huge orders. If you go out to eat you do not expect to be queued behind this type of business. It seems that the delivery business model is now more important to companies such as KFC and it feels pointless bothering to turn up to be served. I left empty handed.

I got today family feast meal, it was so horrible, chicken 10 peaces was only legs, so much soaked in oil, that when took bucket out of bag, bottom of bucket just fell off, fry was so oily, so soft, so terrible, I never didn't have so bad experience in KFC, like today in Edge Lane KFC. Just putting you off to go there again.

I went KFC first time in few years chicken nice but burgers are awful size of them no salad or mayo and as for regular chips think they enough for a sparrow my son's meal was same not good value at all won't go again all though staff nice food needs to be upgraded to proper fillets like they used to be sorry KFC won't come back complained to hoping they get back to me won't hold my breath

I've been twice, the first time I ordered 3 pieces of chicken as takeaway, only after leaving I noticed it was 3 chicken legs!. Again today I orderd 3 pieces of chicken and again 3 chicken legs. I asked the staff member if I could have a variety of chicken pieces, she obliged but initially informed "you get what's available " . If I wanted chicken legs I'd go to Tesco and buy a pack.

Don't get a delivery from this KFC unless you fancy being messed around and waiting much longer then the arrival time. If they are struggling to keep up with delivery orders they shouldn't be taking as many orders only take what they can handle instead of making customers wait over an hour for food. Think it's safe to say I wont be getting a delivery from this kfc again.

On arrival of the two automatic order machines, only one was working. After queuing for the order counter I was told to use the automatic machine as they didn’t have the staff to take the order. So I then had to queue to place my order at the automatic machine. There were no table numbers - so I had to wait by the counter for my order! Order took 17 minutes to arrive.

Like most KFC it's going down the nick, for some reason they seem to get a lot of the orders wrong and on a three piece variety meal they sometimes put in three drumsticks and think that is a variety lol, also ask for a large gravy and a lot of the time you will get two small, also still get a lot of it greasy. This was my favourite take a way but it needs to buck up

Drive through was very slow. I suspect safety measures with the pandemic has impacted how fast meals can be prepared. There was also a mix up with meals - many peoples meals were mixed up and I was missing food. For the food I did get though I have no complaints. Really tasty as you'd expect from a KFC and staff were polite and helpful.

Food was nice and hot. Found the zinger tower meal to be very big (bigger than I remember) and the staff were very nice. Accept the walkers promotion for 2 for 1 meals from the Walkers MAX KFC flavoured crisp and in use with the app gets you discounts and extras through getting stamps earnt through takeaways there. Overall very happy!

The air conditioning made it way too cold to sit down and eat comfortable ly Groups of teenagers allowed to roam around putting their feet on seats etc...whilst being gloved up and had their goods ...toilets that you couldn't swing a cat in Staff were fine The surroundings though we're extremely uncomfortable... Closed due to recent fire - store gutted and needs rebuilding. It will be some considerable time before the store is reopened, and windows and doors still boarded up waiting for insurance/investigation to be concluded. Hopefully the store will eventually reopen as there is a needed for a KFC in this part of the city.

Been here twice in 2 weeks and food was disgusting, the seagulls ate it because I didn’t want too, the straw I got didn’t even fit in the cup hole; that’s how backward the staff are, the zinger burger wasn’t wrapped up properly just flung in the bag. Everyone knows KFC, so I'll limit my comments to the drive thru, which is really all I use these days. Generally reasonably swift, the queues have been much larger on my last few visits and they've have struggled with the volume. Thankfully you almost always get what you pay for, which is a big bonus.

Just sat behind other cars. Big sign says open from 10:30. Got to the front of the queue. Told they were closed and they do not open until 12. If that is the case. Then surely the management would have thought to put a sign outside saying open at 12. This is not rocket science

The vegan burger I got was very dry and cold. Didn't enjoy it at all. Apart from that the person who served us at the drive through was very polite, kind and professional. He deserves 5 starts for his service.

Went to drive thru. Understand there are some shortages. Wanted a boneless banquet but because no popcorn chicken was told they couldn't do it. Why not offer something else they have. Went burger King instead

Called in here when on way back to Manchester. Free parking polite staff place was clean and tidy food good and gravy was piping hot, good all round place. Would use this one again when back in area.

Staff don't bother with customers at all! Had to wait for minutes while they were all having a chat hanging about behind the counter (manager included!!).... And on top that food was cold and soggy

This is the worst KFC in the city. Absolute shambles. Order was wrong, not towered and not large when paid for. Chicken was soggy, and one hot wing had a bite taken out of it. Would not recommend.

First time using ubereats. After waiting 1.5 hours over delivery time. Courier calls to say KFC had given the order to someone else.. consequently order not delivered. Kids not happy..

The food is predictable and eating in is reasonable but externally it's a bit grim. They need to clean the pavement outside the entrance - looks like it's covered in grease.
