As a satisfied Homeowner I can commend KD Electrical ( run by Ken ) as a genuine N. London based electrician who provided us an emergency call out within 1 hour. Not only did Ken fix our problem but thoroughly tested his work onsite. Charges, compared to some other of the rogue companies you find with plausible internet sites, were very reasonable. Ken himself was polite and helpful. Prior to finding KD Electrical, we had contacted other suppliers claiming to be operating local emergency electrical services. Most are a scam ( ie. Wefixnow ), they claim to be local ....they’re not. They are overpriced Web based outsourcing companies that farm out enquiries to itinerant electricians/ plumbers covering the whole of London and Home Counties. They are also overpriced and rarely interested in the repeat purchase that can be generated from a genuinely satisfied customer. Yes, you’ve guessed, should we need to, KD will be the first number we call in future.

I have now used Ken multiple times after our first encounter when I urgently needed an electrician to carry out a NICEIC test for one of our clients in central London at very short notice. Ken was very quick to respond and attended on time as discussed. I very professional and always seems happy to help which is great and makes business much easier to deal with! I have since used Ken on multiple jobs and he has always been punctual, no job seems to be too small or too big. Would highly recommend his services and his prices are very competitive.

My boiler wasnt working and i couldnt afford to replace it, luckily i found KD electrical. Trustworthy and reliable electrician. I was recommended Ken by a family member and contacted him to investigate a frequent power cuts in my mothers house. Ken arrived on-time, able to find the root-cause, kept me updated whilst he was on the job (as i was unable to attend) and done a safety check all other electrics whilst he was onsite. Put a driveway floodlight up for me. His work Was clean and tidy unlike many cowboys out there. I would highly recommend him without a shadow of a doubt. Need more trades man like this about. We couldnt understand why our smoke alarm kept beeping even after the battery was changed -> looked at the circuit, looked at the fuse box but couldnt figure it out - hence once again called Ken who kindly came over and re-connected the smoke alarm, re-wired it and resolved the beep - thank goodness!
