"I would like to start with the horrific experience my friend had to endure today! Her scalp was inflamed from the tightness of the braids and the locks were very bad and poorly placed! I don’t recommend especially if you are going in for locs they were horribly placed and she looked very much like a clown"
"Very bad, they didn’t do a good job with my friends hair"
"I've been going to Kaba for the past 3 years"

I would like to start with the horrific experience my friend had to endure today! Her scalp was inflamed from the tightness of the braids and the locks were very bad and poorly placed! I don’t recommend especially if you are going in for locs they were horribly placed and she looked very much like a clown. I am currently helping her take them out but I will not recommend this place at all DO NOT COME HERE! The picture below is imaginable of how my friends hair looked I don’t want fo embarrass my friend but you get the point! I don’t recommend !
Very bad, they didn’t do a good job with my friends hair. Highly disappointment. Let’s not be confused and let’s use our common sense whoever did my friends hair needs to get their hair license revoked RESPECTFULLY !!! DO NOT AND I REPAT DO NOT COME HERE. they braided her baby hair along, She currently in the suffering from migraine.
I've been going to Kaba for the past 3 years. I literally travel all the way from the Bronx to Brooklyn. I think that in itself speaks volumes! There hasn't been one time that I have left disappointed. If you want to spend money on good quality then Kaba African Hair Braiding Salon is the place to go! N. Caldwell
Last week was my first time getting butterfly locs and I regret it so much. I paid 160 for a hairstyle that’s already coming out smh. She did not put them in right the locs are very loose, my real hair is even showing . Very disappointed, I will not be returning to this salon every again
The Boss Lady braided my hair with gentle hands and a warm spirit. I loved my hair style and received many complements. It was my first time but it won't be my last. After 20 years of feeling unappreciated by my previous braider, I think I am ready for a change.
I have been coming here for months. My daughter and I have had our hair done hair for some time. They come in when they want and they don't do good jobs at the hair styles. I came for 4 braids and I am very disappointed.
I got box braids back in may every single strand lasted. Took it out after 4 months would definitely recommend ! I only spent 4 hours in the chair
I’ve been going to Kaba for about a year and she is excellent with braiding. Doesn’t put stress on your natural tresses and is very kind.
Their personal phone rings like crazy. Put the phone down and focus on the job people pay you guys for. Smh
I wanted 2 simple braids. Zero wait time. The ladies were really friendly. I was in and out in no time.
