I have used ur service 3 times 1 st time it was above average and was feeling ok.so I called u guys and it was bad but still I considered calling u also I had made payment to u guys and 3 rd time it was pathetic guys were not on time they keep saying place nearby Rajaji Nagar is out of reach it was a joke again the device was pathetic and I did not ake payment and also shared pics to the concern team now they told me they will send a complimentary service they the same thing they keep saying but never thye send complimentary again now after 3 rd time experience wen they did not stick to their words I felt like keeping u guys posted about what I underwent with justwash car app service . Great way to go please continue doing the same good work to capture market and have a dissatisfied customer base . Which will not lead u anywere And the guys u send are alway in hurry for leaving back home or to next destination which is bad sign for business .keep ur promisses don't give fake out.

I got my interior detailing done from carwash. I m very much disappointed with service. I have fabric seat covers for my car and the team washed them using chemical and foam water. Upon cleaning they said within 2 hours it will dry out. After 24 hours also, it don't dry and the car interior started stinking. The team when called said they will come and rewash and get it done properly, but nobody turned up. Later, I got it done by others. Also, the dashboard was not cleaned, According vents we're not cleaned . So I suggest people to think thrice before getting any service from them. It's just waste of money and time.

I will not recommend these guys, very poor Quality. Work is completely different comparing what the mentioned on website. I selected Classic package which was cost of 1000. but absolutely wast of money. they just cleaned seat and dashboard with shampoo which we can also do by our own, they used vacuum cleaner which was very worst , there was no detail clean ( which was expected as per package which posted on website). they not even touched window, :( , very poor service, I am strongly disagree to take service from Just wash. I am going to monitor whether my comments are appearing on google or not. Worst Worst!

I took 1st service from this guys for interior detailing forgot those guys names...I was little hesitant this guys will do good job or not... however they gave excellent service and great job... very customer friendly and polite.. so i booked 2nd service for car polishing... again 2 guys came by name Mr. Ram and Mr. Sultan Ahmed... what a great guys... did not waste anytime and listen to my concerns and did great job which was more than my exceptions... now for all future services... found Justwash is the best... please keep up the great work... I paid 1300 for a 3M interior sanitization and was told that the carpets and seats etc would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. He said for an interior cleaning it was 800 and i chose sanitizing since there was dampness in the car from the rains. I reconfirmed with them twice. All they did was use a 3M foam on the seats and vacuumed the carpet. I feel badly cheated.. Please take care while using the service. I do not recommend them at all.Terrible service and even my watchman can do what they did for just 200 rupees and a 3M kit

It was poor quality, not professional at all.. and broke one of the door pin lock and got to know after 2 days. I had requirement of seat upholstery (fabric) cleaning. They didn't have proper equipment like flat hose vaccum suction to suck up the solution that they apply on seat, they did like granted sake. Pathetic.. the seat was left wet (maximum water should have drained by flat suction of vaccum which they didn't have) and by morning the seat was smelling. Just wash has some bunch of non professional work experience people.

Nehrul was the agent who took care of my car. Very genuine products used and the quality of service is just next level. It took close to 4.5hours in detailing my car as there was multiple scratch's which includes glue marks and paint correction as well. Nehrul is very talented and he is best in his skills. He made sure i get a great glossy finish. Trust me this is the best car detailing place available in Bangalore at economic cost. Thank you Just waste And a big Thank you to Nehrul for your skillful work.

I booked this place in the very last minute as I was travelling the next day. Though I didn't expect the show up they came by around 7 pm and worked till 8 30. They were very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the service before they left. The prices also are very very reasonable They have an app which can be improved and is a little iffy at times but I'm sure that they will make that right. Only suggestion is to stick to the time slot given making to a little more tension free.

Just wash Team did a good job on my car ! Learnings > Post wash car was locked as I& even the driver had gone out of town !third day all the window glasses had condensations but worse still was the terrible soap chemical smell in the whole cabin ! Left me disappointed though initially after the wash felt good ! Also tried to call Nimish of justwash to convey my concern but till today no revert !! Pkmk Will try again but response has to be be better

Definitely worth it compared to 3m. i got the paint protection treatment done which was very good. Mansoor and Minal came on time and immefiately got to work. They did show good dedication on their job too and were glad to answer whatever queries i had. Only thing was that they had not vacumed the interiors which was mentioned in the package. They told that we need to visit their showroom for the same. Otherwise it was a good job. Keep it up guys.

I'm a regular to JustWash despite the distance from my residence. They properly deep clean the vehicle inside out. Dust is removed from the interior with compressed air and vacuum. The vehicle is lifted and the underside is washed with a powerful pressure washer. They are happy to work on areas that you point out or that you are not completely satisfied with. They do not complain and go the extra mile to keep the customer satisfied.

I have just deleted the App as this is totally and completely useless. I would not recommend this to anyone. As they let you book the service on the App but then they call you at the last moment as say, "We don't provide service in your area". Agreed.. But why do you allow to book the service. Why do you keep the customer hanging..?? If the ares is not serviceable, update your App accordingly. That's why I called you Unprofessional.

Initially i thought pick up and drop service, later when young boys came, I understood this was an on site cleaning services. Despite not having any water and electricity supply he took me to nearest center and did a good cleaning. Services by Kabir and Shakil were pretty good, cost is slightly on higher side, if this was a foam and jet wash, then the listed price would have been justiciable! Overall satisfaction wise am happy

For god sake shut down your company... gave my car for washing the cleaner just starter the car and bumped on to another car parked in front of mine!! The guys here are quiet professional and adhre to time as promised. The app is convient in chooing the right service for you listing various options that suit your requirement .I happen to use this app for the first time .The team followed up thoroughly before and after reaching the location. Though there was a delay in handing over the car for the service,they had been patient enough to wait for the owner.

Booked the slot for 10 am. They called me at 9:30 and told they can come by 3 only... Because they have some conflict. Why did they take the booking in the first place then? It is 6 now and they have not turned up. The k God I did not pay upfront and opted for COD..if not my money would be sunk. Be extra careful while taking their service. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE... Totally disapponinted today. Order ID: 3320. When you guys show in the application that Water-Wash service includes interior vacuuming, but your service person named SAIMUL first of all comes late ,where my service time was from 4pm to 5pm and he arrivers at 6pm and tells that vacuum machine is not working so he couldnt bring it. There is no proper action taken.

I had requested for Interior and Exterior cleaning of my car. I had a very bad experience with the Service provided to me. They do not have required equipments for the services. The people who gathered for cleaning did not have enough experience in the Service detailing. I do not recommend this set of service for anyone.

I booked Justwash service and no one contacted me or came to my home for the requested service. I called them several times and finally they said they can attend my request in some other time or day. I am not sure why they have given advance booking feature. completely unprofessional people.

Changing my rating to 2 stars. The guy who cam to clean broke my ac vent and did not even inform me. The broken vent was carefully placed back so that I do not notice it immediately. It has been 2 days since the car was cleaned, and chemical smell has still not gone away from the inside.

I was provided with excellent service by nehrul and sultan. I had opted for car detailing and they did an amazing job. They did not rush to complete the service, instead they took half a day to completely polish, clean and detail the car. I would recommend this service by just wash.

Please refrain from using Justwash services. They left white patches all over my car. Seat stains are not removed. Glasses have white patches. The guys were in a hurry and did incomplete cleaning. It's not worth the money. When I informed the team, no action has been taken yet.

Pathetic Service entirely. I have asked for doorstep car wash, at start these guy's were very keen to book the appointment but post that they forgot that they have appointed one cx. Most imp. there technician will always be in hurry to go to next location.
