Absolutely fantastic customer service here! I generally feel super anxious when going into pet shops as I feel like I’m bothering people, I don’t feel that way here! I have two Australian cattle dogs and one is a massive power chewer, I love to come here and grab them long lasting treats like goat horns, deer antlers and cow hooves! The price is what keeps me coming back! They’re very fairly priced. Will absolutely be continuing to return here as long as the prices stay as fair as they are!

I got some Guinea pig from there and they neglected to tell me that they had mites or that they were pregnant. The Guinea pigs had no water or veggies in their tiny cage that they shared with a RABBIT yes a rabbit that gave my Guinea pig tons of scars all over them. I went back the next day and they had about 60 chicks in a tiny cage in a dark room with no water or heat source it’s a horrible place. I’m never going back there again!

We come here quite a bit. It's rather local and makes it easier to buy our pet food! The prices are fair and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good rewards system as well, which makes it worthwhile making our purchases here. The store is also pet friendly, so you don't have to worry about leaving your four-legged friends tied up in a (sometimes) busy car park.

Was reassured by a worker that pakistani loaches would be a docile/ community tank fish. Well 2 weeks later I'm watching them attack my other fish and am having to rehome/ get rid of these loaches. We won't be returning here and I highly recommend others follow suit. Many better stores with wiser advice around.

I have been buying hay for my Guinea pigs here for almost 2 years. The staff are very friendly and have helped me with some issues that my Guinea pig Frank was facing. I love knowing that they are very educated about the animals, I also love seeing what other animals they have there when I go each time.

Worst customer service my partner went in today man behind ignored him , this has happened to me on several occasions , young girl is friendly but older woman and large gentlemen sooooo rude never again and now you accuse me of fat shaming nowhere in this review is fat shaming you really are terrible

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that dont sell just on price but actually listen to you then recommend the correct item. Fish are always active and last many years. All pets are happy but even happier to get a forever home. They also have a good range of fodder.

I sometimes have a look in this pet shop and am always concerned for the animal's welfare. Each time I'm there, the staff can barely manage a smile and hardly acknowledge

Both staff were out front smoking which stinks … None came inside to serve me I had to ask for service Upon leaving all I could smell was foul cigarette smoke .

Nifty little shop with lots to offer. Products for dogs, cats, fish, turtless and more. Dogs need to be kept on a leash when entering the shop
