I was shortchanged by the store clerk for nearly $40 and upon realizing what happened he refused to provide me my money back. I take solace in the fact that I certainly would have spent a great deal more than $40 at this store had I received the money that is rightfully mine, so his customer service approach has backfired. I’ve already shared the story of my experience with local residents who were quick to tell me stories of of Joy Convenience knowingly selling expired goods and price gouging customers and that sadly, they weren’t surprised to hear what happened to me. Bad news travels fast! Beware of this store’s practices so you aren’t the next to be taken advantage of like I was. I will now be frequenting the INS Market at Bay and Grosvenor instead.

I recently visited Joy Convenience Store and had an amazing experience. The owner was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. The store was well-stocked and organized, offering a wide range of products. Overall, I highly recommend Joy Convenience Store for a delightful shopping experience.

Double check the price and the extra charges they’ll apply. You’re most likely going to get scammed going here so just be aware. My items were somehow way more expensive here and then she just made up an extra charge when she entered it into the machine.

Very busy store probably because of the cheaper prices and almost everything under one roof. Cheapest cigarettes in the area. They are under new management. New owner runs longer hours compared to the one before.
