"Went in yesterday to purchase some Uggs and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! This is the first Journeys that I’ve received such great service!! All the associates were great but Leland was the BEST! He had such patience and was extremely friendly!!! Super happy with him and the team! Keep up the great work guys!!"
"This girl wearing a claw clip with her hair up(not sure what her name was) was super helpful with me today and helped me find the shoes I wanted, even though I couldn’t buy them today, I appreciated her help with finding the shoes I’ve been looking for, for so long!"
