August 1st 2022. Made a appointment 2 months ago to see Dr McQuade...looking for a new primary here in Florida. Got held up in stopped back to back traffic (accident) called for 15 minutes trying to alert them I would be late. They picked up as I arrived @9:30. The woman told me on the phone it's ok, there is a 15 minute grace period. I rushed inside only to be told I would need to be rescheduled because I hadn't filled in on line paperwork. I wasn't aware of any online paperwork requirement & when I made the appointment originally it was not mentioned. If this is such a big deal a phone call or a initial explanation of theor policy would of been appropriate. Plus the woman at the front desk was vert short and unprofessional. I chose this office because of the great reviews of the doctor. But the office staff is also important. There are plenty of primary physicians out there, consumers do not need to jump through hoops - or shouldn't be required to do so!

Had medical issues that needed to be attended to and was treated like a lab rat. I was never diagnosed or told what was wrong. He told me a more about his problems. Left there with the same answers that I had before I went. This place has went downhill the last few years. This is the third strike. I’m definitely finding another healthcare facility. Been going here for over 15 years. It’s sad.

This is the best doctor office ever. The front staff nurses are amazing and so helpful. The medical assistants are so thorough and efficient. The doctors are so relatable and personable. The lab team is phenomenal and funny and makes the whole process easy. So happy I found out about this place.

From day one I knew he knew what he was doing. He is attentive and thurow. I'm grateful to have walked in his office. He is also very personable which is great because he is realistic about things and help set goal that way as well. He pushes me to do better.

I'm have been very pleased the few time I've seen Dr. McQuade, not only he cares about my health, but most importance he makes me feel comfortable, and that's very important to me.

Awesome experience it was great to be in a real doctor's office again.
