Had an appointment at 8.45 am - supposed to be the second in the morning to be taken - was told that I would not be seen until 9.30-9.45 - the doctor has a problem coming on time in the morning

Dr. Cronin has been my Doctor for at least 15 years. He has always been very kind, thorough, professional, and actually listens! I've never felt rushed and he rarely runs late.
